• Late evening clerk was great but overworked sucked to only have one person at desk.
• I called and talked to an employee who was rude and didn't give service.

“They need to do something about more than one person manning the desk. Called and asked about a non smoking room and clerk said well you get what we give you when you book with Price line and I also inquired about Park and Fly service and she said not for Price Line. Clerk in am when checking out said I could have the service. Marginally good room a great employee, a good employee, and one who shouldn't be working in any public relations job!”

• The room was very clean and nice
• The commons area was pretty shabby.

“This is an older motel where all the rooms face towards a large square, with a large pool and grassy area in the square. The hotel is near some restaurants, mainly fast-food places. It's about 10 minutes from the airport and several miles from downtown. The appearance of the lobby area was fine but the the commons area (stairways, walkways around the rooms) were rundown and in need of paint. With that initial impression the room was VERY nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was quite clean, and it appeared the bathroom had been remodeled recently. There were lots of channels to choose from on cable t.v. The continental breakfast had both hot and cold choices, and the food was okay.For the price I paid I would stay at the hotel again if I was in the area on a business trip. I wouldn't stay there for a romantic weekend.”

• It had all the conveniences I wanted and expected.
• It could have been cleaner. Some things were old and not well maintained.

“I regret going to that hotel and a waste of money staying in there until they moved ua on Sunday to a better room but still hopefully next time you give us a 3 star their swimming pool is not working.”

• Nothing.
• The carpet was stained and obviously had not been vacuumed. All the doors leading to rooms were unlocked even after dark. I felt very unsafe.

“This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed in. This hotel was a 2 stars, but I rate it a 1 star at the very best.”

“Very grateful for the open pool! It is seasonal so we arrived just in time to really enjoy it. Staff was excellent and van driver made the short trip from the airport comfortable and relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.”

“With younger kids, a hotel is all about the pool. The pool was not working. Plus, our initial room was pretty rough.”

  at the front desk. Super customer service.
• A bit of disrepair.

“Despite the slightly gritty neighborhood, this hotel is worth trying. The staff are courteous and friendly, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, and there's a big central courtyard where kids can play safely.”

• It is close to the airport.
• The carpets were really stained.

“It was ok for my needs. There was absolutely no places close by to eat aside from the convenience stores and fast food. However the shuttle driver did offer to take us to where ever we wanted to go. The carpets on the floor were really stained.”

• Location was reasonably convenient to Temple Square.
• Room in separate, concrete block, run-down bldg; non-smoking, but smoke odor, no desk, old plumbing.

“Room in back--older 1960's concrete block section of hotel--and suggested we drive there rather than walk the several hundred yards. Room opened to back parking outside. Don't know if we were expected to drive to breakfast, etc. Beat-up ancient, oxidized, poorly fitting aluminum doors at both ends of long passage across courtyard to separate bldg, which we had to walk several times. Old room with worn-out plumbing, no suitable area for computer--had to use small round table by window and AC unit; no convenient electric outlet. Non-smoking room reeked of smoke so badly I worry they may charge us for cleaning fee for smoking in room.”

• The front desk staff member was friendly and courteous.
• The non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The bed linens were thin and the bed's weren't very comfortable.

“Good location if you need to be close to the airport. However, the non-smoking room smelled like smoke and the bed linens were thin. It served our purpose as a quick stay hotel for an early morning flight.”

• Buffet breakfast was very good and good location, next to hwy 80 and food places.
• Bathroom light didn't work all the time, had to jiggle it, ceiling panel in bathroom falling in and did not like being in a smoking room.

“This hotel is in a very good location next to highway 80, also the breakfast was very good with lots of choices, hot and cold. Sheets were clean and bed's comfortable. On the flip side it's pretty old and needing some repair, our bathroom light only worked half of the time and a ceiling panel was falling down.”
