• Location to restaurants and shopping.
• The overall integrity of the staff.

“The hotel was great! We reserved a room with 1 king size bed, and after check in we were taken to our room and we found 2 queen size beds. The man that took us to our room called down and told us they had no more king size beds. The lack of responsibility of the staff to tell us we would not receive a king size bed before arriving at our room really frustrated us. Also, we were at this hotel to celebrate a 21st birthday, and the bar at the hotel according to the information booklet did not close until 1am, so we planned on first drinks at the hotel bar. We were approached at 11:30 for last call, and then the bar closed.”

• Location - close to everything in Tempe.
• Remodeling was going on - noisy at times.

• Location to ASU.
• Needs a breakfast for price and micro/fridge.

“Great location but since it is older it could use some upgrades and more amenities such as a fridge and micro in rooms. And the parking is poor, but then they will valet your car to a garage that we did not know about until the last day. Very clean.”
