• The amenities were incredible - free hot breakfast and free social hour with generous complimentary drinks.

“This hotel was amazing. The rooms were great and the amenities were out of this world. Breakfast is free and is hot (Belgian waffles, eggs, sausage, etc). The social hour includes snacks and free beer/wine/soda and the portions were generous. They also had 2 industrial grills for guests' use. You could live at this place.”

• The free breakfast buffet rocked.
• Nothing.

“This was a great stay! They had a free social hour at the cafe in the hotel. You could choose from free draft beer, free wine, or free well drinks. Very nice staff. This was also across from the Arizona Mills Mall.”

• Even in a city setting it was comfortable and quiet!
• Did not have my reservation at check in time!

“I plan on taking my grandchildren for a getaway weekend. Close to fun and food, and had a quaint pool with a quiet setting! In today's economy it was a refreshing get-away!”

• The bed was the best part.
• Confirmed my reservation 1 week out and mentioned a pet they were supposed to put me in a smoking room did not forced to check out a day early.

“The hotel is an older hotel with fresh paint fixtures are faux finished to look newer, designer paint colors on the wall, the bed is first class, stone counter with updated fixtures the tub is the same cigarette burned tub from it's first construction shower has no pressure clean but not 3 star! I was supposed to be in the room 4 nights they put me in a smoking room because of a pet confirmed a week out they forced me to check out a day early because the did not have a smoking room for the pet on my last night this was there mistake Emerson did not post I was bringing a pet forced to find another room with a NASCAR race, gay prides annual national gathering and the iron man competition happening all at the same time they really dropped the ball on this reservation. When I went into check out on sat as told the woman said the manager could have moved things when I arrived on wed and would not have needed to check out but I had already found another room. The same manager is the one that said I had to leave a day early on my check in day.”

• The beds were very comfortable.
• House keeping was poor and we did not get coffee or cups in our room the second day.

• I liked having a microwave, refrigerator, and DVD player in the room.
• Walls were very thin. Could hear everything in next room. Trash pick up was at 6 am and noisy.

“The hotel was in a good location for where we needed to go (Angel Spring Training). The Arizona Mills Mall was across the street with a movie theater and plenty of restaurants. The breakfast they serve was just ok. I've stayed at other places with a much better breakfast. The room had a DVD/VCR player with game system hookups (wish we knew that I had called and asked and they said there wasn't any hookups for my son's PS3). The room was clean.”

• The room I reserved was sold out and they upgraded us to Presidential suite.
• The restaurant was small and dusty.

“The Inn Suites was a great hotel for the price. I had two children with me. The pool area & putting green were big hits. The room was large and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful. The location was very central to the airport as well as local activities.”

• Nice, hot shower.
• Late check-in, room wasn't ready, didn't have shower curtain until asked for.

“Nice pool and Jacuzzi. Very busy due to the marathon and 1/2 marathon. Every need was provided and the place was quiet despite the crowds and closeness to major roadways. Shower was great as hot water did not fluctuate as it does in so many other motels/hotels.”

• New appealing counter top and sink.
• Thin walls; all noise came through. Woke from water running.

“It appeared the hotel was trying to upgrade by the new counter, sink, and bedding At the same time the wood pieces were badly worn and damaged. The walls made sleeping difficult. The location was very convenient.”

“This hotel is nowhere close to being a 3 star hotel. I was very happy with the rate when I booked it but was very disappointed when I arrived. My room was best described as late 80s remolded.”

• The bed was great.
• Staff not real friendly confused about reservation dates checked me out by mistake prior to end of reservation.

“This hotel has outdoor rooms with easy access from parking spots. It has a great pool. Offers a room service. The beds are great and the rooms are clean. Great place to take a holiday with the family. Okay for business but not great.”
