  • The room was beautiful, large and very nicely furnished. We had a beautiful patio are.
  • Nothing.

“We were awakened our first morning by wheel barrels being pushed over bricks in our courtyard. Needless to say, we were not very happy at 6:30 in the morning. We called the customer service line. The front desk manager called us back and offered to move us to a new room. We made the move and later in the afternoon, we received a plate of delicious chocolates and a personal note of apology. What great service!”
