• The staff was excellent!
• No laundry facilities.

“We really liked this hotel. It couldn't have been better for our trip. We really enjoyed the pool area and found shopping, restaurants and everything else we needed within a short driving distance.”

• The rooms are nice, clean, comfortable and inviting.
• My husband smokes, $250 fee if you even smoke on the patio, long walk to have a cigarette.

“I have stayed at this hotel two times now and both stays were great. The only problem is that all the tubs seem to drain slow, this was an issue both times I stayed in different rooms. Other than that, the rooms are very nice. It was big enough that I could set up my sons pack-n-play and still have plenty of room to move around. I could hear doors shutting and people in the hallway very early in the morning, but I think that's going to happen almost anywhere you stay.”

• I like the fact it was close to dinning and shopping.
• Their was not a lot of parking cuz they had a convention going on.

• Clean.
• Cramped.

“No blow dryer for my GF. A half of an hour after I called, I finally had to walk down to the front desk and ask for a stupid blow dryer. The remote for the TV did not work”

• Very clean; Friendly accommodating Staff, Comfortable beds and bedding.

“We got an incredible price for this hotel, Very quiet, comfortable atmosphere, with staff that were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Would go back any time.”

• The room was spacious comfortable and clean.
• The computers were in the lobby with no privacy.

“The rooms are spacious and comfortable with lots of stoarage for belongings; just like home. There are 2 restaurants that offer a variety of delicious options with excellent service. Location is great as it is close to the airport and close to I-10 for easy access to wherever you want to go.”

• Room and bathroom were very nice.
• We were locked out of our room 3 times in 2 days.

“Very nice from the looks of the rooms and lobby as well as friendly staff, but not organized. Had to call 5 times to front desk to get an Internet signal and locked out of our room 3times in 2 days. I will not stay here again. The Hyatt place is my normal choice and I'm definitely going back to the Hyatt.”

• Great restaurant/bar. Comfortable beds.
• Poor Cafe service. Needs more sound-proofing. Pricey internet connection.

“The room was comfortable, clean, updated. The rooms do need better sound proofing. The restaurant Fire and Spice was excellent. The cafe service was not - would not recommend the cafe for breakfast. Location was convenient. Surprised at the $9.95 internet daily cost. Pool was too cold to enter.”

• The rooms were very nice and spacious.

“This hotel was very nice and worked perfectly for my weekend trip. Room was next to the gift shop and elevator. It was late night so I accepted, the next morning it was pretty noisy, but I asked to change rooms and they were very accommodating and switched to a much quieter room.”

• Close to diabolic stadium and staff was very friendly.
• Bed was ok.

“The hotel is close to nearby college and diabolic stadium. Although seems to be a bit older hotel is quite clean, the bed was ok. I have slight back problem and am always needing a good quality bed. This was not the worst bed but it was not a Westin hotel bed.”

• Had great pillows and a comfortable bed. Loved spa and pool.
• This hotel wasn't bad, but it had a very old style look to it. Had a great face paint job.

“It really looked good on the outside, but it turns out to be a very old motel that was refurbished. Very comforable bed. It is more of a buisness hotel. We went for a romantic get away. The receptionist was very helpful in helping us find our way around the area.”

“This hotel struck me as being old but renovated a few years ago. Granite countertops in the bathroom were nice. Bed was comfortable. It was nice but I preferred the Radisson where we stayed last time.”
