• beautiful pool and grounds
• Food at breakfast was not good. Slippery tub and no grab bar.

“Beautiful grounds and pools surrounded by palm trees and flowers. Clean comfortable rooms. Somewhat dated but charming. Would not recommend restaurant. Also wish for safety bar and mat in bath tub. Friendly staff.”

• It was in such a beautiful location, and we appreciated a private patio as well. the room was so nice
• the room service was not good at all - the food was terrible

“Absolutely fantastic, the pools, the room, the room and hotel location....we were sad to find out that they were bought out by the ritz carlton and would be shutting down the day after we checked out. this was a great value for the price”

• the pool and waterfalls and the location were great and the bed was comfortable.
• It closed the next day for condo and villa development

• The lagoon pool with its two waterfalls was a hit with the kids
• Rooms were a little out dated with a non functioning fridge

“The driveway/entry to the hotel grounds was impressive. The huge pool was great - especially the water fall features and shallow sections for the kids. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms could use some updating as the decor and lighting was a bit dark in the room. The air conditioner never really got the room cool. The fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work either. Lastly, an older non functioning fridge (used for the honor bar") was still in the room and took up needed counter space. A second fridge was sitting on the counter next to the non functioning one and so it crowded the room."”

• Low rise separate rooms - drive right up to room
• Advertised a putting green but it was a joke!

“The hotel probably was a three star resort 20 years ago but probably not that now. There are big cracks in the tennis courts showing lack of maintenance. The hotel advertises a putting green but their idea of a putting green was the grass cut 1/2 inch closer with cups. This is no putting green just a facade. I drove up to the front of the hotel and unloaded a bunch of baggage. The bellman stood there and watched knowing I needed to reload the luggage in the car because the room was 1/4 mile away. Duh! The room was nice and clean so I would give this a 10. It was spacious and
