Disguised manner of hotel employees.

INCREDIBLE soundproofing.
Nothing.

“Beautiful rooms, with all the extras: coffee, two kinds of tea, iron, hairdryer, highspeed internet, chair with ottoman, the works. We wanted two adjoining rooms, and even though we had not specified that at reservation, the staff juggled things to meet our hopes. We didn't even ask them to make changes; they just did it. The next morning we had the door open between the two rooms and COULD NOT HEAR one another up. We LOVED the place.”

It was nice but the rooms were small.
When we got there they charged us another $100 for bottled water and such.

“We drove from Portland to Ogden UT for a funeral for my sister. The weather was bad to say the least. We caravanned in 3 vehicles, I went with 4 daughters, 5 grandkids and one great grand son, and my husband had just had surgery and could not make the trip. As a retired couple we could do not have allot of extra cash around and we had just came back from visiting my sister in AZ the week before. What did she expect me to do, sleep in the car? What if my daughter would not have been there and able to make up this hidden charge. I want you to know, this is the last time I will trust this service or will I ever stay at this hotel chain again.”

Free internet service.
I would like to have had wireless capabilities in the rooms.

Non smoking facility.
Problems with heat, not resolved in 2 days so finally changed rooms.

“Have been there before and has been a good experience. This time, problems with heat, technician looked at it and said all was well, but nothing was done. After 2 days with freezing weather, we finally changed rooms. They were accommodating - provided a portable heater and accommodated move to other room.”

We loved the bedding in the room and the shampoo, etc. it was all upscale. We loved the restaurant and room service that was very nice.
The hotel was older and needs some remodeling, but it was still quite nice.

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Ogden Marriott. It was centrally located, within walking distance of the Salomon center, with movies, restaurants and lots of entertainment. Though the hotel was older and could use some remodeling, it was very nice and clean. They had many amenities. I would definitely stay there again.”

Nice Jacuzzi.
Phone did not work beds very uncomfortable!

“Not a very affordable place to stay. I would consider it more of a 2 star or a 2.5 star hotel. Area was not very nice. Nice large Jacuzzi. Walls seemed to be pretty thin. I could hear children crying.”

Nice bed with extra pillows, fridge in room, large room.
Parking lot filled up at night, hard to find a space.

“Convenient to downtown, some rooms lack a nice view, parking lot used by non-hotel guests, no coffee in lobby in morning. No breakfast.”

Friendly hotel staff.
Bed sheets dirty, need more appliances.

“Overall, the hotel wasn't great, we had dirty bed sheets and the maid didn't make the bed in the morning. But, the hotel front desk people and luggage boy was helpful and friendly.”

Everything is very nice.
The bedroom condition can be better.

“I highly recommend this hotel and if I were to go back to that area, I will certainly stay there again. The complimentary internet is a plus and the indoor swimming pool is excellent and the beddings are very comfortable.”
