• Inexpensive, fine for one night stays.
• Continental breakfast was substandard.

“We stayed here as the first night of a long trip through Arizona. Got in very late because of a three hour flight delay and found the room small, but clean. It was inexpensive and perfectly fine for a single night stay. The breakfast selection was very limited, three cereal types and some white bread for toast.”

• Beds were not great.

“Good for its purpose - an overnight at the airport for an early flight out. Clean, efficient. Could hear neighbors talking in the hallway though.”

• Very pleased with everything at the hotel, especially the staff.
• No Jacuzzi.

• Great place when needed a pre-flight place to stay.
• Location is a little hidden from the road.

“Staff was prompt and friendly. My room had a broken radio/alarm. Told them about it before dinner and it was replaced by the time I got back.”

• My overall experience was good. Very clean and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
• Had a hard time finding it. Needs a huge sign way high visible for quite a distance from highway.

“My overnight stay was overall satisfactory. Would recommend. Clean, quiet, and very friendly staff. Very close to airport for early flights out of Phoenix and also close to the Car Rental facility. Would stay there again, when in Phoenix.”

• It was very clean and quiet.
• There could have been more healthful fare for breakfast, i.e. fruit.

“I enjoyed my stay once I found the hotel. It is difficult to locate if you don't use the hotel shuttle to get there from Sky Harbor.”

• I thought the breakfast that was included was great.
• I got lost getting to the hotel, the front desk was not very helpful or friendly when I arrived.

“The room was great for price paid. If the staff had been a bit more friendly/sympathetic on my arrival I would have been 100% satisfied, but due to the "I don't know what to tell you" attitude, it left me with a bad taste.”

• No container for soap either at sink or in shower. No internet access evident.

“Very Spartan accommodations with none of the amenities, we might have liked. There was free coffee and breakfast, but we were not interested in these. On the other hand, clean and easy to register and check out.”
