• It was clean.
• The sound of the interstate was horrible in room 330.

“Not a bad hotel for the price I suppose. It was clean and the staff seemed friendly. The pool wasn't terribly big, but good enough for a few short laps; 4 1/2 foot max depth. The hot tub was surprisingly hot. Breakfast was fair, nothing special. If you're put in room 330 or any on the west end of the building you can enjoy the sound of traffic from the interstate all night. At first I thought the window was open, but it wasn't. Request a different room if you're a light sleeper.”

• Poor quality paper products, expensive for accommodations.

“The hotel was clean and in good location for us. The Fairview is not the top of the line so we thought it was a little pricey for the services offered.”

• It must be the Motel 6 of Marriott.
• Too small, only one washcloth and it was dirty.

“I would not recommend it to anyone that is expecting a 2.5 stars or better.”

• Not very accommodating; room was in need of repair work.

“Nice hotel, but the staff was unwilling to accommodate anything different. The bathroom door would not shut properly, and the shower knob was missing.”

• The free breakfast with many selections was just great. Included Jimmey Dean breakfast sandwiches & waffles to name a few. Very nice.

“Even though they are remodeling it was pleasant enough to stay there. It is very family friendly and even though there were many families staying the same night we were it was very quiet and we slept well. The included breakfast was great with Jimmy Dean meat, egg, & cheese breakfast sandwiches, waffles, cereals, fruits, milk, muffins, bagels, juice, yogurts, and more! It was a serve your self, bake your own waffle sort of breakfast and that was A-ok. We would be happy to stay there again.”

• Uncomfortable bathtub.

“This hotel was a great for the price. The location was superb with easy access to many major restaurants and shopping and theatres. It was easy to find. The pool area was very clean. The breakfast room was really great with TV, newspapers and self serve foods available. There was an attendant to help with anything you needed. The room was small for 2 beds but comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. Oh! and the pop/candy machines were reasonably priced which is rare for a hotel.”

• The breakfast was convenient and kid-friendly. Something for all 4 of my kids.
• I had to stay in a smoking room.

“For what my family was there for, this hotel was perfect. It is close to Lagoon and other fun family attractions. We had a wonderful time and the hotel was in the right spot. The breakfast was wonderful, the pool was super fun, and the beds were comfortable.”

• The bed was fantastic. The breakfast was great for kids.
• The pool was small and so were the rooms.
