• Were able to leave car while out of country, staff was great and outside pool was warm.
• Location for leaving car, but staff was helpful.

“Shuttle driver went beyond the call of duty, staff acted like they would watch for suspicious activity and was professional.”

• I love the water displays they were beautiful and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.
• The location was the worst part and that was not to bad.

• That's easy  nothing.
• Promised shuttle, 10:40 air arrival, no problem before 11 cut off.

• Excellent location.
• Staff was very slow to respond.

“Ok, may be for the business traveler (good for the student). My stay was one unfortunate incident from beginning to end. Arrived to find a Smoking Room (requested NS). Staff begrudgingly downgraded me to a NS room for that night. My next two nights were filled with a crazy whirlwind of nocturnal stomping from the room above. Not a restful place. Wouldn't recommend.”

• The bed was comfortable.
• The bathroom was very Spartan--the toilet paper and Kleenex were of low quality.

“This hotel was of a lower class and was quite a lot more Spartan than we would have liked. The location was not convenient and we had trouble finding it. It probably was fairly typical for a hotel of its class and there was nothing about it that offended us.”

• Near the airport.
• They put me in a smoking room and refused to change it.

“This hotel does not meet the standards I¿ve been accustomed to for a la Quinta. The staff was poorly trained and disorganized. They promised things they didn't deliver and it didn't bother them. They put me in a smoking room and then refused to change it. They did say they would have an air freshening machine put in the room but never delivered it. Very poor service.”

• They did not serve breakfast until too late for us as we had to catch a plane.

• It was near the airport.
• It took over 1.5 hours to check in.

“The person at the front desk needed help and the manager would not come out to help him. His computer would not let him check us in even though he had our reservations. After a long day of travel the last thing my wife and I wanted to do was stand the lobby of the hotel for over 1.5 hours. This was a very bad experience. Our room was dirty. The bedding was full of cigarette burns and it wasn't even a smoking room. ”

• Not the best neighborhood- parking security questionable-older hotel with grounds not kept up that well.

• Nothing, it's disgusting.
• Filthy.

“It was by far the filthiest and the most disgusting hotel I have seen in my life. The toilet was extremely dirty (both yellow marks from pee in the seat and brown inside. They haven't cleaned that in a week!) The toilet has no cover, there were some kind of bugs in the room, the sheets didn't look very clean either and the front desk could barely speak English. ”
