• Mattress was old and worn - had a bow in the middle.

“We stayed in two different rooms. First room had a mattress that bowed in the middle. Other room was excellent. Heater was left on low all night and was noisy. In addition, the exhaust fan in both bathrooms was very noisy so we did not use it. Did not want to disturb other guests.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• One day the maid service wasn't very good - had wet towels and washcloth left in bathroom.

“Overall the hotel was good and we would be willing to stay there again.”

• Comfort of accomodations, cleanliness and staff.

“Location was easily accessed from two exits and there were a large number of places to dine within close proximity of the hotel.”

• The room was neat, clean and decorated nicely.
• The exercise room was not properly equipped, weight machine was broke.

• Bed was very comfortable.
• There was nothing we did not like.

“The room was roomy and nicely appointed. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It is located adjacent to several restaurants and shopping is close by.”

• The beds and pillows were comfortable.
• We needed extra towels and the housekeeping staff did not speak enough English to help us.

“I thought charging $8.00 per person for breakfast was a bit extreme, when there were many restaurants around that charged less. The convenience of having a fridge in the room was lessened by the lack of a microwave. Despite the downfalls, I would stay again just for the great night sleep on a comfortable mattress.”

• Location.
• I asked for two double beds and received a king size bed. For four people we had two towels. There was not a continental breakfast but a buffet you h.

• I enjoyed the indoor, pool and spa very much.
• My room did not have a refrigerator for my medication.

“It was a very pleasant hotel in a great location. My only complaint was that our room did not have a refrigerator and I have diabetes medication which requires refrigeration. I had to buy an ice chest in which to store it while I was in the area.”

“They were a good hotel up until the moment I checked out. I would recommend that you stay at another hotel.”

• The king bed was very comfortable. The rooms temp control very easy to use.
• No microwave or fridge in room.

“Good access off the freeway. Nice clean shower and bed. Very nice staff. Thank you.”

• Beds and pillows were exactly right, carpet was very clean.

“Great room, spacious, extra clean, quiet. The hotel staff was unfailingly helpful and friendly. Located directly across from needed shopping during the holidays.”

• It was clean.
• Not what we expected for 2.5 star. Below expectations.

“Our room was comfortable, but was more of an economy hotel. The breakfast was not included as we originally were told and there was not an outdoor pool in the hotel as the website says. We could of stayed elsewhere with a breakfast provided for less. The room was clean though.”

• Friendly atmosphere, clean, good beds, plenty of pillows.
• No free continental breakfast, some remodeling still evident.

“Close to shopping, restaurants, and downtown which provide a clean, friendly atmosphere for any traveler. Marriot standards are highly evident and comfort is not sacrificed. Business and family amenities are available as pool, spa, courtyard, conference rooms, and room service. Well worth the price.”

• I love the Marriott chain. They are clean, comfortable and spacious.
• The cost.

“Very discouraging. But, on the flip side, I could not get a room with them this last weekend, so I stayed at LaQuinta. That was the first and last time that will ever happen. I would have to be pretty desperate to try that one again!”

• The hotel was close to a variety of shopping and dining.
• There was not a complimentary breakfast.

“The hotel was in the process of being remodeled. The staff was pleasant, helpful and attentive to details. The pool/exercise area was clean and well equipped.”

• Nice room, excellent bed and bath, newly refurbished ¿ nice.
• Currently remodeling, not extremely helpful in accommodating two bed requests, linens not in room for pull out.

“Solid business hotel with very nice bedding and bathroom. In the process of being remodeled so rooms are fresh but some common areas (hallways) are currently a bit of a mess. Some traffic noise from nearby I 15. Overall a nice hotel in a good location and a good value.”

• The room itself was nice and pretty clean.
• They were remodeling the hotel, the hallways were a mess, they had a sheet hanging over the front desk. No floor when you walk in. Very dusty and dirt.

“The hotel was in a great location, in walking distance to great restaurants and shopping centers, but they were remodeling, it looked very unprofessional, they had a sheet hanging over the front desk that you had to move to talk to anyone, the hall was ripped up, we woke up to the sound of hammers next door. Our room was ok, it looked pretty clean unless you looked out the window, there were chips and cigarette butts all over the patio. I don't think I would stay there again. I was surprised a Marriott would be that way.”

“This hotel is going through a remodeling. The floors walls in the hallways and lobby were torn up and look terrible. The heater in the room was falling apart. If I had known of the remodeling I would not stat there.”
