“The hotel was ok not to fancy though no breakfast or small exercise room and a small pool no lounge. But the staff was great.”

• Had a pool.
• Requested non-smoking 3-months in advance, got smoking room.

“I offered to pay more for a two bed suite and did not get a response. I requested non-smoking room and close together 3-months in advance and got a smoking room that was in a different building. Had to subject kids to a smoking atmosphere.”

• Nice and quiet.
• Because it had kitchens they didn't offer any breakfast.

“It would be a nice hotel for a family (They can shop for groceries and cook in the room). I would prefer a hotel like the La Quinta for one day business travel, because I'm not interested in shopping or cooking for a one night stay (no breakfast was offered, except for a $9.00 buffet next door).”

• I liked having the kitchen in the motel room.
• There was animal hair on the furniture in the room; the swimming pool was not set up.

“I would NOT recommend this hotel. I am extremely allergic to animals, and became very sick after staying there because of all the hair in the room. The staff was not very courteous. The swimming pool was not working and you had to walk to another hotel to use their pool. There was no continental breakfast available. When asked for a roll-away bed, staff said it would not fit in the room and would not bring a bed up. However, it would have fit in the room fine.”

• The kitchen was very handy.
• The toilet paper was like sand paper.

“It has a very convenient location near restaurants, shopping and movies. The kitchen is nice and the staff is friendly.”

• Friendly hotel staff.
• Outside pool was closed. Pool at Courtyard was cold.

“I really liked the Town House Apartments. The only thing that could of been better was an indoor pool and indoor hot tub.”

• The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We were there for a very short time.
• The room was advertised as having a separate living space and was all together and quite small. It was ok for overnight.
