• Easy access to Phoenix and Scottsdale, also very close to to the airport. Free inside parking in attached garage.
• Airport noise. However there were few flights after midnight.

“Very convenient hotel to all parts of Phoenix and Scottsdale, Closest hotel to the airport just minutes away. Nice rooms. Helpful staff, Attached parking garage is free and offers covered storage of car. Only downside is airport noise A trade off for its location.”

• Very conveniently located, staff gave us a different room when we could smell smoke upon entering one of the rooms, quiet and newer facilities.
• Nothing.

“We had stayed in this hotel when it was a Holiday Inn Select Airport and they were renovating it. It was very nice then, even with construction. It is a really nice hotel now, too. Will stay there again. It is convenient to get to and convenient to Bank One Ballpark, now known as Chase Field.”

• The new beds are terrific!
• Great view rooms...of the parking garage.

“Located right across the street from PHX Sky Harbor Airport, and just a 15 min drive to downtown, the Crowne Plaza is in a terrific location. Since the upgrade to a Crowne Plaza, there has been a total renovation, and the new beds are really comfortable. Rooms were spotless, and the lobby had pleasant seating areas. The coffee bar was perfect for a quick coffee and muffin in the morning on the way out. A real steal at $45.”

• Close to airport and convention center in Phoenix
• Slow, indifferent restaurant staff for mediocre food

“Overall, very nice. However, front desk/management did not advise of overnight water shutoff for the first 2 nights - from road construction down the street. No water until 5:30am to 6:00am, which made for some adjustments for my 4am start of my business day. It would have been nice to have advance knowledge to shower and shave the night before.”

• This hotel was wonderful!!! The bed and pillows were superb. They provided many amenities to help may your night's sleep a pleasant one. I loved it

“This hotel is a travelers' paradise. The room was very comfortable and had both a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was incredibly comfortable as were the pillows---a novelty amongst many hotel rooms. There was a sleep machine with soothing music, lavender linen spray, earplugs, and an eye mask to help you with sleep. The pool and the Jacuzzi were well kept and open 24 hours/day which is wonderful since many times, I am just getting into a hotel as the pool/Jacuzzi is closing for the night.”

• Wonderful, helpful staff. Great location. Well kept rooms. Great overall experience.
• Hotel restaurant did not live up to expectations. Wait staff seemed untrained and many things on the menu were unavailable.

“We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service we recieved at the Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel. The staff was extremely helpful, especially with giving directions. The hotel and rooms were nicely designed and very comfortable. The location was central and near to everything. For the great deal we got I would recommend the Crowne Plaza to anyone.”

“Newly decorated lovely rooms. Free earplugs, good, because noisy if you don' t have the air conditioner on which is noisy as well.”

• No available non-smoking room -had to sleep in smoking room - clothes smelled of smoke when I unpacked the next day.

• Even the complimentary breakfast was outstanding, with do-it-yourself-waffles and frresh fruit compote!
• There was nothing to dislike.

• They were prompt in dealing with a problem that did arise.

“The hotel was very nice. The noise from the nearby trains was a little loud, but my children managed to sleep through it. The restaurant was a little pricey.”

• I liked the nice soft pillows also, that the blanket was wrapped in sheets.
• There was toothpaste splattered on the wall by the mirror

“From the moment we checked in to the breakfast to the business meetings to checking out, the staff and their first concern was more what one would expect at a 5-star like Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, the Ambassador, et al. Though the amenities reflected a more modest, smaller establishment, they hotel did not lack in the efforts of the staff to make up the difference.""”

• Rooms were beautiful. Very convenient to the airport.
• Pool area was a mess in the morning from overnight partying.

“We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were comparable to a hotel with a higher star rating. The only downside was the pool area early in the morning. When we brought our kids down for an early morning swim, the deck was littered with towels and trash from the night before. But a quick call to housekeeping got the place sparkling within an hour. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.”
