• Close to airport.
• Airport shuttle a no-show.

“Airport shuttle schedule differed when we checked in from the call in advance -- then, shuttle didn't show up. Ended up driving to airport, paying for long-term parking and almost missing flight.”

• No dish soap, no paper towels, have to ask for shampoo.

“My key and it took three keys before they finally just changed my room. That has never happened before. This last time the room seemed stuffy, but it was a good night sleep and quiet.”

• Convenient to PHX and small complete kitchen, sheets and linens clean.
• Tight quarters, strange smell, sofa sleeper dirty, old dirty carpet.

“This Extended Stay is an older hotel and is loud and cramped. The kitchenette was complete with everything in miniature (no dish soap), nice small dishwasher (no soap), and the icemaker worked well. The A/C worked well. The carpet was old and somewhat dirty from age, as was the sleeper sofa. The smell was of an old motel. Limited cable access included Showtime, no channel guide but Showtime guide available. Close ten-minute drive to the airport although leave early if you have to take a rental car back; they are in separate building, not easy to drive to. We had a one-night stay before an early flight out. Extended Stay suited that purpose well.”

• Clean, quiet, close to airport for rental car return.
• No business center for travelers.

“Clean, quiet and met all expectations. Needed to return rental car early, so convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.”

• The pool was ok.
• Room smelled, floors looked filthy.

“The room was dirty, smelled bad, floors dirty. I had to leave the room at 5:15 am no one there to check me out, no one answered the phone.”

• The main bed was pretty comfortable.
• The first thing we saw was a roach in the room; the bathroom smelt like urine; the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

“If staying for an extended period of time, the kitchen might have been nice if it weren't for the roach running around in it; the sofa bed was not worth sleeping on it was so uncomfortable for my daughter; the bathroom looked okay, but it smelled; the bed was comfortable.”

• Stains everywhere, no sheets for the pull out bed.

“Very disappointed with the hotel. 2 star rating is very over-rated. Stains all over the carpet and mattress. No shampoo or soap, no linens for the pull out sleeper, waste of money.”

• Kitchen would have been nice for a longer stay.
• Mattress not firm; dirty.

“An extended stay hotel should be in its own class. For example, they don't have daily maid service and will not even change out towels according to the sign in the room. Luckily, we were only there for one night.”

“Met my expectations. Convenient for its purpose. I only needed to sleep there from late at night and get ready to leave for my seminar early in the day so the economy of it was practical.”

• I liked the service, the kitchen in room, and that there was a pool.
• They didn't provide much in terms of soap and shampoo.

“Nice place to stay for a business traveler. Has a in room kitchen. The staff checked me in quickly and resolved the issues with my room key very quickly.”

• Clean and comfortable.
• Its to close to a bad neighborhood so dont leave anything in your car they dont have any security here.

“I booked the hotel for Thursday Friday and Saturday. And when I realized which hotel it was I had to get another room for Thursday because I had a lot of items in the car that I unloaded on Friday. The last time that I stayed here they broke in to a vehicle and sold a ten foot trailer.”

“I couldn't recommend this hotel to anyone due to the location primarily. Check in was quick and efficient, but unsmiling, not really friendly. It was just a marginal experience. It isn't up to the standards of the other hotels in this chain that we are familiar with.”

• The staff we met was very friendly and helpful.
• Room needs upgrading - very worn and needing maintenance.

“TV wires stripped and not working, smoke alarm hanging and disconnected, mattress stained and sagging, fee for internet; maintenance needed. However, room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night. Not likely to stay again.”
