“First of all, they double charged us for my parents room. They charged my parents for the room, and they also charged me for their room. Second, the charged a $50.00 incidental fee. Upon check out, our rooms were inventoried, then our incidental fee was returned. I've traveled around the world being in the military. Even through out the United States, and I've never been charged an incidental fee, or had my room inventoried at any hotel I've stayed at. It gave me a feeling of not being trusted as a guest. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be staying at any Super 8 motels anymore. Goes to show you, one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch.”

• Thin walls way too noisey to slep.

• Front desk reception excellent--breakfast ok.

“The hot water leaked all over the sink when we turned it on. The bedding was very old. The room was clean though, and it was easy to park.”

• Close to where I needed to be.
• Staff was argumentative about the double booking.

“Hotel was decent. Bathroom slightly dirty. Cleaning staff spoke little to no English. There was an issue on double booking of this room and staff was argumentative and rude about the error.”

• The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful.
• The beds were hard, the pool had cleaning supplies left in it, and the Jacuzzi was not working. It smelled horrible outside our room.

“We will never stay their again nor recommend it to others.”

• There was nothing we liked about this hotel.
• The beds had bugs in them and the rooms were filthy.

“This is a hotel that should be condemned. The beds had bugs in it. The rooms itself were filthy and the front desk smelled of mold and mildew. This was the worse place I have ever been in. My family and I did not stay after seeing the bugs. We went to another hotel which was cleaner and deserving of our money.”

“Hotel was great for what we needed. Nothing fancy but it was cleaned daily very well, convenient location, great staff, plenty of towels, and comfortable bed. It depends on what you are expecting, but for a great price in a great location, this hotel really fit the bill.”

• The young girl receptionist was much nicer than the Middle Eastern man.
• Our room was much too costly for the hotel.

“For the price of the room, I expected a much nicer, more modern hotel, with more amenities, etc.”
