• Our rooms were on the 1st floor, easy access.
• No breakfast or pool-in Phoenix! Messages got transferred to wrong room and didn't get them for 2 hours.

“One non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Breakfast wasn't provided.”

• Location convenience, large room with kitchen.
• Beds are very uncomfortable (hard).

“Extended stay is always a great economy choice. Rooms are large with kitchen & fridge. Not fancy, but clean enough and furnished in a comfortable way. Different locations are very consistent. I recommend it to my friends all the time!”

• Not as spic'n'span as some.

“Friendly staff helpful. Efficient room, has everything you need. If you worry about whether or not an alarm clock works, you won't sleep. Possibly a computerized wake-up system would be a help.”

• The cleanliness and location were great.
• I liked everything, but I could not find a big enough outdoor trashcan to throw away pizza boxes.

“The staff was very friendly and the hotel was the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Since we only stayed one night we did not use the kitchen but I liked how the room was set up with different living spaces. We were also upgraded to a king size bed and it was wonderful!”

• It was nice.
• The non smoking room smelled of smoke.

“I often bring my 87-year-old mother on business trips with me and we like our bed s to ourselves. I paid for 2 rooms my married children also came on this trip and they also said they had only one bed. But that was fine of course with them. So I tried to sleep in the chair which didn't work. I rate this hotel poor because they don't give you the choices of 1 or two beds.”

• Convenient to someplace to eat in the morning.
• Did not have transportation from airport.

“I had a late arrival - but they were prepared. It was fast and efficient check in and out. It would have been nice to have a courtesy transportation to/from the airport.”

• Close to the airport, close to the highway, close Tempe Phoenix and Scottsdale.
• There is only one elevator and is not very fast.

“Great place to stay, rooms have a full kitchen, and there is a laundry room. There is a business center nearby.”

• Very clean, comfortable bed.
• Receptionist was very somber. No hair dryer.

• Asked for a smoking room, wasnt given one, no benches in the public areas or outside.

“Nice place, quiet and peaceful. Staff helpful and pleasant. Needs better amenities and better signage to find the ones that they have.”

• Does not have shuttle service to the airport.

“The problem is that the hotel does not have shuttle service to the Phoenix airport even though' its located in the airport area. I have to ask the Radisson hotel for pick up and pay $5.”

• There was nothing I liked.
• The beds where hard, no maid service, no extra pillows.

“We got two rooms thinking there where two beds per room, I put in we had 6 people traveling and we got 2 rooms with one bed in each. Half of our group had to sleep on the floor. I was very disappointed.”

• The kitchen.
• There's no swimming pool!!

“It was clean and quiet. Having a kitchen is really useful when you travel with kids. We dislike the idea that there were no swimming pool not even a Jacuzzi, but it was fine.”

• Full refrigerator, microwave, and stove in the kitchen. Pets welcome. Fax/Internet service.
• The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but had an odor that indicated someone smoked in the room.

• Best things were the location, helpful staff, cheap Internet, and room amenities.
• Close to run-down industrial area (w/ lots of dinky strip clubs); Not stores/market nearby.

“This location is a good choice if you just need a centrally (or airport) located place to crash. Amenities such as kitchen, stove, full-size refrigerator, iron & ironing board are very nice for a stay of a few days or more (especially for the budget-minded). I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of the room - from what I was expecting. There is no market nearby, nor stores. Up the street about a half-mile (away from the freeway along University Dr.) it becomes a run-down industrial area with dinky strip clubs along the way. Kind of felt sketchy, but I did not have any problems while there.”
