• Nothing at all.
• Everything.

“This hotel is a dump. It smelled. The bathtub could barely support our weight. Lacked basic toiletries (soap, bath mat, wash cloths). I brought a dish towel to dry my twins bottles and they took it (even though it was a different color) and then couldn't find it in their laundry. A stray cat meowed outside our door all night long. The street traffic noise is extremely loud inside the room. But the transients walking around the hotel made me feel completely unsafe.”

• The location was good. It was very quiet.
• The room was not great, could use some repair work and a deep clean.

“This hotel was in a nice neighborhood, near lots of stores and restaurants. The hotel was older, not in bad shape, but it could have used some minor repair work and a deep clean - especially the shower.”
