• I really liked the many summer activities available.
• Some areas are very dated, food and drink quite expensive.

“We went to this hotel as a weekend getaway for the family. Our daughter is 7 years old. We really liked the many summer activities planned and this is why we chose the hotel. Some parts of our room and areas of the hotel are very dated, but it is a historic hotel.”

• Beautiful.
• Ice machine hidden behind an unmarked door you had to go outside to get to.

• Clean and friendly staff. Rooms very clean and nice beds.
• The spa and workout facility is
  old and needs to be updated. This the area they really need to improve.

“Very clean neat and friendly for an upscaled resort. The bar was great and outside patio very nice. This is not a place for a spa lover. Facility is very old and needs to be updated.”

• The room was spacious and the staff very friendly.
• Carpet in our room was clean but worn.

“We had a wonderful time at the Biltmore. We had an amazing suite next to the main pool, it was a perfect location. The staff was always helpful and friendly. We can't wait to go back.”

• Super friendly staff! Upgraded our room for free because it was my wife's birthday!
• I have nothing bad to say about it.

“The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. It was absolutely hassle-free from roll up to roll out. The room (which the front personnel upgraded for free upon learning that we were celebrating my wife's birthday) was clean and beautiful. Tons of space, separate tub and shower, isolated toilet, sitting area, stocked mini fridge and refreshment center, pool view, patio with seating, comfortable bed, etc. Exactly what I would expect for the money I spent and more. I didn't want to leave!”
