  • The staff, the beds, and the location.
  • The pool was not so hot, but we have a pool at home.

“Service! This hotel is all about making you feel pampered and special. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like royalty. It was a special occasion and our first Ritz stay. Needless to say we will do it again!”
