• Location
  with many restaurants & stores.
• Regarding breakfast.

“Fitness room had several machines but all were crowded in a small room. Would have been claustrophobic if more than a few people were using them at the same time.”

• It was in a convenient location.
• It is difficult to find because it is tucked away.

“You should include more directions for the visitor in finding this particular location. Most hotels are easily spotted but this one is not easy to find even though it is in a great location.”

• Loved the location and free parking!
• We had a very rude and pushy housekeeper.

“A great business hotel and nestled in retail heaven, so if you're a shopper, this is the place for you. Also loved that WiFi/DSL was free. My only complaint was being awakened at 6:15am Sunday morning by a misplaced wake up call (I did
not request one).”

“Fantastic place to stay. Only issue I had was I was not informed that the Breakfast in the lobby would cost additional. There are no signs anywhere telling you this. The food was very good and worth the $12.00. Otherwise what an awesome place to stay.”

• Location is convenient and property very well-maintained.
• Internet connection in room was erratic even though hard-wired.

“Location of the hotel is excellent in that it is at the outside edge of an outdoor styled walking mall. Plenty of restaurants and food choices, yet little accompanying noise. Also provides easy access to Rt. 51. Very comfortable with good amenities and service. Personnel friendly and professional.”

• Loved the furnishings, the bed, and linens. Also, quiet.
• I don't really have a complaint.

• The beds were fantastic.
• Room was not cleaned on the one day we were there, bed never got made, it took over an hour to get towels when I went back to room at 7:00 p.m.

“Hotel is in a strange location, next to a bookstore. It is a $20.00 cab ride from airport, no shuttle with hotel. The beds are wonderful. There were no amenities in bathroom except for one small bar of soap. I am very unhappy. In addition, at the end of a long day I returned to unmade bed, dirty towels, old food and was told there was no housekeeping on Sun. night at 7:00 p.m. It then took until 8:00 p.m. to get fresh towels and that was after four calls to front desk!”

• Self service coffee available all the time!! And close to a variety of restaurants and shopping!
• Construction in the back area.

“I enjoyed this hotel although the layout made for a long walk to our room in the back. I was delighted that they had a 24 hour self service coffee bar. The pool also provided relief for a quick cool down! The staff was very helpful also.”

“Although the web site made it look like it is an airport hotel it is not. It cost me $50 in cab fares.”

• Room decor and courtyard area.
• Nothing.

“The hotel is in a great location for restaurants and shopping. However, the sign age is inadequate making the hotel difficult to find as it sits back in a shopping area off the main street. The hotel was clean and well kept, the lobby was welcoming and well decorated and the rooms were spacious, clean and also well decorated.”

• It was much nicer than I expected for the price!
• We only got to stay for one night!

“While only there for 8 hours, the hotel was clean and well designed. Staff were polite and friendly, offering assistance with travel accommodations to the airport the following day. I really liked the pool area and we found the balcony to be a nice touch!”

• Very nice, clean. Very comfortable beds.
• No computer with Internet access in lobby for bank transfer, no ATM.

“Other than having to go to Kinko's/FedEx to transfer spending money to my kids, the hotel went above my expectations. Elegant lobby, well arranged. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms.”

• Great location in the mall, clean, wonderful pool/ hot tub area, very friendly staff.
• The only problem was the bed was really hard, $10 breakfast buffet that was not stocked.

“Great place to stay, the only problems were the bed was very hard, like sleeping on the floor hard. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and very expensive at $10 per person. But the hotel was beautiful, clean and very friendly. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in the lobby 24hrs. The pool area is nice and relaxing with the faint smell of evening flowers and the soft background music. With the location so close to wonderful stores and restaurants, we would have loved to have had a refrigerator in the room. Staff was very friendly. Worth the stay.”

• Recent renovation makes the place generally quite nice.
• Breakfast food was rather indifferent.

“Older Courtyard recently renovated. Public areas updated. Our room was quite nice. Had been redecorated and all furniture and appointments were very satisfactory. Excellent location. In total my wife and I would give the place high marks. Breakfast food was uninteresting but that's typical with the Courtyards. Room rates pretty high but may be warranted by the Camel back location and high season.”

• The front desk personnel had great personalities.
• There was a dirty wash cloth hanging on my shower curtain 1st night there.

“Overall I stayed 2 nights and it was comfy and the bed was amazing. Great big comfy king bed that I melted in after a long day of watching my boyfriends baseball team play. I would stay there again.”
