  • It was clean, and it was good for what I needed it for.
  • When I would leave for the day, the staff somehow each day deprogrammed my card, so I kept having to get it fixed and I was there for 4 days.

“This place was a pretty good place, breakfast could have had a little bit more of a variety. Also, my key to my room kept getting deprogrammed somehow, and every night when I came back, I had to walk all the way around the hotel to the front desk to have the issue fixed. It got really annoying, really fast. Other than that, it was a pretty good place, the room I stayed in was clean, except the hallway it was in smelled like smoke.”

Cleanliness:[7] • Staff:[8] • Location:[5]

  • Friendly staff and quick to process paperwork.
  • Location and visual location, hard to find.

“The motel was clean, very thin walls, continental breakfast was available, parking was a little crowded and poor lighting in the back for parking, and the staff was very friendly.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[6] • Location:[8]

  • The cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful.
  • There wasn't enough light in the rooms.

“The hotel was nice and it worked for what its need was. I noticed a few people besides me had trouble with their keycards entering through the back door on the first floor. Other then that it was okay.”

  • People were friendly; room was clean, convenient to interstate.
  • Had to walk through many halls to find lobby. Easy to get turned around.

“Hotel was nothing fancy, but met basic needs. Room was clean. People friendly. Conveniently located.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[9] • Location:[9]

  • Location off highway was very convenient and access to restaurants was great.
  • No smoking rooms available. Every time we went outside smokers were standing at the doors. Sometimes they follow you into the hotel.

“We stayed over night on our way to Montana, for that purpose this is a very nice hotel. Breakfast in the morning in the room provided not so good.”

  • It is very clean and the staff is congenial & helpful.
  • Access to the floors is not convenient.

“The room was clean & ample & it had all the necessary amenities. The personnel were great.”

Cleanliness:[8] • Staff:[9] • Location:[8]

  • It was clean and close to the center of town.
  • It did not have an indoor or outdoor pool.

“A decent value for what you get from a typical super 8. It was clean with a friendly staff and met all the basic needs (except no pool for our kids). It was also close to the river walkway and the center of town.”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[4] • Location:[7]

  • The waffle bar and the binder of Idaho Falls Events.
  • Smell, cleanliness, broken air conditioner.

“This hotel was a lot less clean than I had hoped for. Thank goodness we brought Lysol! When we arrived there was a smoky smell (as though it was nearby or was a former smoking room.) A used bar of soap had been left in the shower which made me wonder if it had been cleaned at all. The bathroom was so dimly lit that we had to take a shower with the bathroom door open and the shower temperature ranged from freezing cold to scalding hot within seconds, making a quick shower impossible. The A/C was really slow to cool the room, we turned it on when we arrived and it wasn't actually cool until late that evening! I don't plan on returning. If you are considering this hotel, I recommend you look into another option. If I would've known I would have spent a little more to have had a cleaner room and maybe even a pool.”

Cleanliness:[9] • Staff:[10] • Location:[10]

  • The bed was comfortable and the room came with a refrigerator, microwave, and internet connection.
  • No closet area and the bathroom sink were within two feet of the entrance to the room. The carpet in the hall ways is old and dingy.

“This hotel was convenient for my needs, but I prefer 4 star hotels. This was the only available hotel for my stay on June 8, 2007. I may stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Idaho falls, Idaho.”

  • Location.
  • Front desk staff.

“Pets are not really welcome. My two bed nice room was downgraded to a lower grade "pet" room on the third floor at the end of the hall. I have a well behaved (better than some people) small border collie my wife insisted that I take on my 2000+ mile business trip. The town was full, according to the desk, so I am glad that my wife pre-booked this room, but the desk clerk's attitude was take it or leave it for the same price.”
