“Hotel looks new, rooms clean and well maintained. Hot breakfast items served at 6:30 am. Free shuttle transportation to the airport ($17 cab ride) can be arranged, but unfortunately they will only do this with 24 hours advance notice. Overall, only one man at the front desk was helpful, which was surprising in a hotel in this location and price range.”

“This is a perfect hotel to stay at if you are attending sporting events at Chase Field! It is within walking distance of the field and numerous restaurants. The hotel is extremely well kept and the staff is very friendly. The bed was wonderful.”

“The hotel itself was very nice and clean and overall we had a great stay. We did however get lost by directions that were given to us from the front desk for a restaurant that we wanted to try. The front desk agent directed us about a mile and half (walking) in the wrong direction and we ended up in a not so great part of town late and night. When we called to find out the correct address the guy had no clue what we were looking for. After almost 2 hours of walking around we finally stumbled upon the restaurant on our own.”

“Wonderful location in Downtown Phoenix. Within walking distance to many attractions. Unfortunately, rooms are set up so A/C and heating unit is located directly beside the bed, and the air blows on the occupants all night, causing very little sleep. If turned off, the room gets hot quickly, so you either sleep on the floor or on the top of the sofa bed. We'd never stay here again.”

“Hotel was great, the staff-not so great. There was a young man who was very helpful and polite, other than that the others were not helpful and were rude.”

“My brother and I were in pHs for the police concert and needed a place to crash after so we did not have to drive back to Tucson. The hotel was very close to all business/entertainment establishments; as a matter of fact we were able to walk back to the hotel after the concert from us airways. The room itself had more stuff than we needed for just the night. Two TVs, a small fridge, sitting room, there were 2 queen beds and they were very comfy with lots of pillows. I will go back to that hotel, it was a great experience.”

“Enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend, and actually already have! The breakfast was very nice, good variety, fresh food. Only problem was space to eat breakfast was limited. Some people had to wait for others to finish to be able to sit down and enjoy their breakfast.”

“I enjoyed the area, it was close to downtown Phoenix, but there was not very many good restaurants nearby. It was safe, I like the hotel where there is security everywhere. And the rooms were not too big or not too small.”

“We were worried about the location of hotel -- van burin street is notorious in phoenix. However, the area and hotel felt quite safe. The room was very large--two double beds, a pull-out couch, a huge bathroom area, two televisions, a spacious closet, and a kitchen/work station area. There was everything you would need for an extended stay. My family was very comfortable and pleased. The breakfast was more than a continental breakfast--with waffles and yogurt and plenty of food choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also, it had rooms available for purchase at the holidays when no one else had, and at great prices. Thanks it!”
