“We were given a room in which the A/C was not working properly. I know they knew of the problem beforehand, but still assigned to the room to my wife, son and myself. Another customer had the same complaint. The problem was taken care of by assigning us other rooms. Initially we had two side by side rooms, double beds, then our family was separated from one end to the other. Will not stay here again!”

“worst hotel on earth, ac unit didn't work and it was a 115 degrees out side would not change are room, the man who checked us in was rude and you can barely understand a word that he said the same gentleman that check us in the day before was the general manager that we need to go talk to in the morning. this guy was wearing the same cloths as the day before ( shorts, sandals, and a bright orange t-shirt that was stretch out at the neck, look like he just rolled out of bed ( or didn't go to sleep )since he was still wearing the same cloths two day in a row how you can run a hotel in short a sandals I have no idea . spend the extra few dollars on something nicer trust me it worth it ( I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANY RAMADA AGAIN )”

“The hotel is in downtown Phoenix and other hotels is less expensive than most other hotels in the area yet is clean and fairly comfortable. There were people partying both nights we stayed until late in the night. The first night I was awakened several times during the night including 2:30-3:30 am by loud talking, giggling and shouting. The layout of the rooms are confusing and we had a difficult time finding our room. The hotel staff gave us incorrect directions.”

“Good hotel for the money if you are looking for a place to put a large group for a short period of time. The pool looked like it was well kept.”

“Just the basics, a bed, a shower and a TV. Close to Arizona Center and walking distance to downtown. Parking was provided.”

“This hotel was scary to arrive at night at. It was like walking back into something out of late 80's. It needs major updating. The plumbing was really bad. Nothing to draw me back again. It could offer something positive like courtesy shuttle, continental breakfast, paper, or even a decent cup of coffee.”
