• The cleanliness of beds and room. I liked the parking too.
• Suites could be a little bigger.

• Room was very spacious and the bed was like sleeping at home!

• Amazing room, The amenities were more than I expected.
• I loved the place! Nothing bad to describe.

“The room was extremely spacious and the bed was the most comfortable to date. Location was perfect for getting around. The folks at the front desk were able to answser any question about the area that I had and even had directions ready for me if I needed them. I cannot say enough about my stay here. You will not be disappointed.”

• I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff.
• staff didn't inform us of parking lot validation.

• The fact it was a suite.
• No outdoor pool.

• Location, friendly staff and food on premises
• I was allergic to unrinsed linens and ended up in hosp.

“Hotel has been great and has been in contact with me regarding my hospitalization. Severe Allergic reaction to sheet that were washed but not rinsed. Location was w/in 3 blocks to Heard Museum which is where I was headed. Parking is convenient and this is an all-around nice hotel. Thanks.”

“The hotel was outstanding! Conveniently located, elegant, and had excellent restaurants inside the hotel. The rooms were absolutely beautiful. We will definitely look forward to staying here again in the future! We loved our stay!”
