• Location.
• 1 hour to checkin.

“The hotel is a basic hotel for a one night stay, the mattresses are old and sagging. Ice machine did not work, only one for every couple of floors. The workout room was equipped and accessible, the pool was clean, spa jets worked poorly, parking was limited. Location is the only benefit.”

• Right across the street from the spiffy new light rail system
• Looks like an old Comfort Inn, with new carpeting & paint.

• The lobby.
• It took us an 45 minutes to get check in, could have upgraded our room.

“The computers keyboards were broke on both of the computers and the printer on one of them. We stood there at 11 oclock waiting until approxiametely 11:50 until she rigged the keyboard to work. We were very tired considering we had just spent 2 extra hours on the road because of a fatal accident on the way from vegas to phoenix. We werent mad just very tired. We thought she might have upgraded us considering the hotel was pretty empty.”

• Extended hous of tha pool.

• Location to athletic stadiums in downtown Phoenix.
• Multiple lights did not work in the room, additionally the air conditioning did not work.

• Convenient to Chase Field; reasonably priced.
• Beds have hard foam mattresses, not the most comfortable.

“Hotel itself was a good value for the money, not luxurious by any stretch, but clean and reasonably comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free wireless internet access was a nice feature, as well.”

• Large comfortable room, very clean, nice lobby area.
• In downtown Phoenix on street with the light rail.

“The hotel is very well built and nicely decorated, comfortably furnished. The bed was very comfortable. There was no noise even though the hotel is near the light rail. It is well located for those who have business in downtown Phoenix.”

• Toilet didn't work well.

“Cheap! I got it, but you get what you pay for. The toilet took ages to refill after a flush and I had to go down to the desk to get toiletries etc.”

“Shower stopped up. Nobody came to fix it when I called. In-room safe did not work. Waited 20 minutes for the bartender to show up. Left my cell phone charger in the room and when I came back a couple of days later, there was no lost and found.”

• We received a gigantic suite with plenty of room.
• Though the room was gigantic, the shower was minisucule and the bed was average comfort at best.

“Excellent downtown location right next to Trinity Cathedral. Will eventually be on the mass transit route when it is finished. Dated facility with older acoutrements. Comfort level of bed not up to standards. Converted breakfast was acceptable but a bit skimpy. Gigantic suite was offset by no television in suite area and very small shower.”

• I liked the friendly service of the staff.
• There is construction all around it and all downtown which was hard to navigate.

“It is right downtown which is nice. Downtown Phoenix is a bit run down, but is undergoing a big construction project. Difficult to access the hotel with the trax in the middle of the road but overall wasn't all that bad.”

• Staff was friendly.
• Restaurant was not very good.

“Nice place to stay. Within short driving distance of down town Phoenix. Nice staff. I recommend that visitors take the opportunity to eat at the restaurant across the street and visit the nearby Irish culture.”

• Staff was friendly, but scared of ownership, make decisions.
• Beverly the owner was rude crude and obnoxious.

“Scary scary! Owner lives in the Hotel and runs the place like a middle eastern country! toilet backed up bugs running around you can tell new ownership has no clue about customer service. travel allot for business and would sleep outside if I had to stay there again!!!”

• They were friendly and they had free internet useage and it was quiet.
• The location, light and phone didn't work and cleaniness could use some improvement.

“The hotel staff was nice and accommodating, however the cleaness could use some improvements. The part of Phoenix we stayed at is not a very nice place and I would not stay in that part of the city again. They also could use more variety in the continental breakfast. and maintance needs to be maintained.”
