“The staff was nice; even though NO-ONE cleaned our room for the 3 days we stayed. The location was good; the room was good, if cramped. Overall the experience was positive, but some amenities would have made it better.”

“My overall experience was comfortable. The room smelled great and was very clean. It was also a lot larger than anticipated. The downside was the lack of water pressure in the shower and the lack of dishware (such as flat skillets).”

“We went to a Dodger Spring Training game in Phoenix, when we came back I was asked how the game was. That was very nice of them. Our hotel was already cooled down. The pool had controlled access. Being from LA there was something I appreciated very much, the hotel had lots of parking in there parking lot and it didn't extend all the way to Tucson either.”

“This hotel was great for our one night stay. It had the kitchenette, which was a pleasant surprise. Location was great; it was near grocery for our child. In the lobby they had a sign that stated to call if no one was present, that they were on the grounds. Also before we arrived I called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes and then told she'd call me back, which never happened. Seeing the sign at check in made me realize why&limited staffing.”

“This was the first I had stayed at an Extended Stay hotel in a long time. I had forgotten that their is no daily linen or cleaning service. It took me two days to figure this out. The front desk did provide more towels, etc when you asked so it was not a problem. I found it fairly easy to navigate from the hotel so location was good.”

“The unit was just as advertised. It would be great for someone staying more than a day or two. There was a heavy smell of cleaning agent and we had to air the room out. We were surprised to find a stove, full size fridge, toaster and microwave. The pool was a bit disappointing, not heated as advertised, but over all we would certainly consider staying there again.”

“The hotel is safe and adequate for one-night and brief stays. Property was generally clean and room was a little nicer than anticipated. However, the staff was not particularly up to standard and the surrounding area lacks closeby restaurants and comforts (if you don't have rental car, I do not recommend the area). Speaking of transportation, the hotel is a good distance from airport and doesn't offer shuttle service, so plan $50 - $80 roundtrip. My recommendation is to pay a little more and upgrade to 2.5 to 3 star hotel.”

“This hotel doesn't change their pillows nor do they clean the bed sheets probably; but I do know they don't clean their pillows because I found hair on them. A good idea would be not to stay there (Extended Stay Deluxe Midtown in phx).”

“This hotel is fine if you are staying and working in Phoenix. But for just visiting it is not very convenient. There is no daily housekeeping so you don't even get a clean towel unless you go to the front desk and ask for them.”
