• Quiet. Set back from street.
• Bathroom tub, fixtures, shower curtain, etc. Looked old and stained. Did not feel very clean.

“If you will only be in your room to sleep at night, then this is fine for short-term.”

• The bed was very comfortable this is a first for me as I have stayed in many hotels.
• The plumbing leaked and the staff was to busy to answer questions.

“Overall this was a good experience. Would like to recommend that the staff employee more customer friendlier service. They need to be more responsive to customer needs.”

• Convenience for what we needed to do.
• Working coffee pots not available.

“Not to bad for the price however we were unable to get a coffee pot for the room that worked. it was fairly clean however outlets were old, need replaced stayed 2 days and both coffee pots were not working. Will not stay there again.”

• Clean. Nice breakfast area, responsive to room problem.

“I would recommend this hotel. It was clean; room had refrigerator, microwave, and cable TV. There were elevators to access the floors. I also noticed a pay washer and dryer.”

• It was comfortable and quite.
• The gap under the front door allowed the hot air in!

• Staff was very friendly and hotel was always fresh and clean.
• Had to slam door to shut, and you could see under door to the outside.

“Good place to take short vacation with family, or overnight business trip. staff is very helpful and friendly. wall-mart is next door, so that is very helpful if you have forgotten anything or just want to go shopping. Overall, very clean and a good place to stay.”

• No racetrack passes that we stayed there for.

• The cooling needs to be higher.

“I my other and my daughter really enjoy it we had a great time plus it was close to a store and it was very comfortable for the fact of having a 3 year old it seems that they always need something.”

• The front desk personnel.
• We were awakened by a guest yelling during the night.

“Facilities were clean, in good condition, everything worked in the room. Personnel were professional and friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good.”

• Location and price.
• Continental breakfast was incomplete; another elevator is needed.

“Since I booked this hotel at the last moment and got a fairly good price, I did not have high expectations. Still, it was mildly disappointing. The front desk attendant, though friendly, was constrained by having to do everything (take calls, etc.) in addition to servicing customers. The continental breakfast was disappointing. The only hot food prepared was scrambled eggs; another heated food pan was empty. Still, I was not expecting full service. It was easy to get to and less than a half mile from the Interstate; so I was able to get going quickly the morning after my one-night stay. Would I stay there again? Probably.”

• Pool closed. Exterior looked good. Interior old and worn.

“I was disappointed with our stay. If I hadn't prepaid, I would have checked out after the first night. The pool was closed. I didn't feel safe. I will not stay here again.”

• The front desk is not helpful.

“This hotel was not clean, the service was less than average, the location is in a bad part of the city right on a major noisy street and they even charged my credit card twice with 2 separate totals. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone needing a good nights' sleep.”

• Location met my needs, staff was pleasant.
• Shower was very old and I could not get hot water; lighting was poor over sink.

“This was a very average hotel. There was a complimentary breakfast but a huge crowd and poor flow of people trying to serve themselves and insufficient seating. Breakfast was served between 7:00 and 9:00AM. My granddaughter and I tried once at 8:30 and it was very, very crowded. The next day, Sunday we were there at 7:30 and it was still crowded, but not as bad. The shower controls were not labeled and I could not get hot water at all the first day seemed like it was all used up. The next day I could only figure out how to get Luke warm water. The lighting over the sink was poor and the room was crowded with two queen size beds and a table opposite one that made for a very narrow passage and bruises on my legs. Other than that it was okay.”
