• great location
• Had to change rooms 3 times, 1st smelled, 2nd not clean. 3rd great

“Great for business traveler, but the room is very small. Had a kitchenette, which I really liked having. Would not have been good if I brought a child along due to space.”

• Location.
• Dirty, no hangers in closet, no hair dryer.

“This hotel was dirty, unappealing, no hangers in closet to hang up garments, no hair dryer, very small bath facilities. I would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay there again.”

“More attention needed toward housekeeping, but the great staff and overall comfort made up for most of that. I would stay again if I needed an extended stay at a reasonable rate.”

• The convenience of shopping mall.
• The room carpet was filthy.

“A great improvement with the hotel staff. The carpet in the room had stains all over it. Wearing shoes in that room was something you had to do. The tub was badly stained, thanks for having a floor mat.”

• Room felt like it needed to be remodeled.

“I was not happy about my hotel. The room felt old and dirty. The staff had mechanical problems. I would choose a different star level the next time I travel.”

• The price was good as usual.
• For the first time in several years I felt discriminated upon.

“Check-in time was at 3pm, I arrived at 11am and asked if I could check in early, the front desk clerk said that today there would be no early check-ins which was fine. I walked across the street for lunch and observed two other parties being allowed to check-in early. So I called and was told that there should be no problem with me checking in early. I immediately walked across the street attempted to check in again, and was told once again that I could not check in until 3pm. I informed the front desk clerk that I watched two other parties check in and I was the one who had just called. The front desk clerk immediately, allowed me to check in and apologized for any inconvenience. This was the first time that this had ever happened, and I was totally disappointed.”

• Mini-suite for 30 bucks a night. Can't beat it.
• More channels?

“Slightly off the beaten path, but fairly convenient to locations in Northern or Northwest Phoenix metropolitan area, homestead/extended stay suites offers a comfortable room with almost all the amenities of home. You may not have need for the toaster, microwave or stove if you're just staying overnight.”

• Kitchen in the room.
• Uncomfortable bed, smelled like cigarettes, and annoying shower curtain.

“Hotel staff was nice, common areas were clean. I loved having a kitchen in the room. Room was small, family would have been cramped but perfect size for one person. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable, but tolerable. I was supposed to have a non-smoking room but it smelled liked cigarettes. Overall not bad.”

• The kitchen table was nice.
• There was very little kitchen counter space and the frig door handles were on the wrong side.

• Extended stay concept is good.
• Poorly equipped for extended stay.

“Room was poorly equipped for extended stay and staff made no effort to correct the shortcomings. Also, told me on the phone that I had a non smoking room. On checking we got a smoking room and were told smoking preferences were not guaranteed. This can be a Hugh problem that can totally spoil a stay.”
