• Had to plunge own toilet.

• Easy to find.
• Night shift security guard was lazy and loud!

“Good for single folks or for anyone staying a short period of time. The area is kind of run down and the locals were seedy at best. All in all not a bad experience but I will stay somewhere else next time. I'm in Phoenix.”

• All the staff was friendly and everything was very clean and kept up.
• The walls are paper thin and everything going on in other rooms/outside could be heard.

“The hotel was in a good location to get to major areas of Phoenix. The housekeeping staff always did a great job on the rooms. The pool area was suitable. The continental breakfast was small but there was always plenty of food and the front staff was very helpful. The only major problem we had was the noise. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything that is going on in the rooms around you, as well as what's going on out in the parking lot. Dogs barking, children screaming, and car alarms were common sounds at 3 in the morning. Basically, if you are a sound sleeper and not easily woken up, as well as you aren't planning on spending most of your time at the hotel, it is a good choice for a business traveler or a couple looking for a more 'pocketbook' friendly location to stay near Downtown Phoenix.”

• Everything.

“In a bad part of town, hard to find how to get to entrance, noisy. Would have found another room somewhere else if could have gotten our money back.”

• We were able to get an upstairs non-smoking room and it was kept clean.
• It is in an old area with no landscaping but pavement.

“I suppose it was everything we would expect in a 2-star hotel. It was a fair choice for the money, but there are other hotels near by which would be more family friendly. We did not have children so it worked for us.”

• It was priced right for what we paid for it.
• It was on a one way street and difficult to get in or out of for this reason. It was not well insulated, you could hear a lot of outside noise.

“Overall, it was fine for a short stay. Not very well insulated and you could often hear a lot of outside noise and from the rooms nearby. It was priced well and the rooms were clean.”
