“Didn't straighten room, bring towels coffee etc. Had to go get from desk. Breakfast weak, and inconveniently placed. Nice TV. Not a lot of channels.”

“Keys did not work two days in a row due to programming mistakes. Created annoying revisits to office. Used towels not picked up after room cleaning on 2nd day. Only enough cream and sugar for one cup of coffee for the in room 4 cup coffeemaker. Following day after cleaning no cream or sugar were replenished. Ordered extra pillows that were not delivered until the next day. The room was not cleaned so they accused my brother of staying there.”

“I arrived at La Quinta (Black Cyn Hwy) in PHX after driving from the L.A. area for 3 AZ Diamondback games because my son plays for the visiting team. I checked in and was given a key envelope with room # on it. Another room number was also written on it but was scratched out. As my brother and I stood at the door of the room with our bags, the key would not open the door. I left him there, hopped in the car being that the office was some distance from this room location. A different desk clerk checked the key assignment in the computer and sure enough it was programmed incorrectly. Since another room number was scratched out, just for the heck of it, we had tried the key. Didn't work there either. The desk clerk reprogrammed the key and gave us another room this time. It worked. We relaxed and showered from the long drive. My brother took a dip in the pool. We got back from Friday nights game, visiting and dinner about 10:15pm. We immediately called the office to order extra pillows. Both of us have terrible backs and they're needed for extra support. By 12:30 am we knew they weren't coming and it was lights out without them. My son was flying my daughter down from San Francisco to see him play in person for the first time. She was scheduled to stay with me on Saturday night and my brother had asked a separate room. At 11:25 am my distraught daughter called to say she missed her flight and could not arrive in time for Saturday night's game. We decided to scrap a follow up flight that would get her here for Sunday's game only. We got back to the room, after the game, about 9:30 pm. Our arms were full with that evening's fast food fare and lo and behold the key did not open our door. We got in the car and drove to the office. Somehow in the first room vs. another room, debacle of Friday's arrival, our room door had been reprogrammed as not being occupied. After, another reprogram we entered our room. The extra pillows were there this time. However, the previous days towels were still on the floor behind the front door. My brother was so annoyed that he carried the soiled towels to the front office and handed them to the desk clerk. He said the desk clerk simply took the arm full of towels with a thank you, as if this were a natural occurrence! Meantime, back in the room, I noticed that the sugar, cream and stir sticks used Saturday morning were not replenished beside the coffee maker for Sunday morning's coffee. There was nothing except the 2 bags of caf and decaf coffee.”

“My stay at this hotel was satisfactory. However, the hotel experienced a power outage the second night of my visit. Because of the power outage, at check out I requested an email receipt. This was five days ago, and I have yet to receive the requested email receipt.”

“Although, it was out of their control, There were many homeless folks milling about the property. We had to lock down the room & actually call for the police to get the bums off of the property. They also stole all of the breakfast foods & passing it on to their friends. Wi-Fi did not work.”

“Upon check in I was told that all they had left was smoking rooms and was asked if that was ok. No, I replied. Well when you check in after 10:00 we can't assure you of the room you requested. I had booked two rooms and he tells me that he only has payment for 1 even though he says I reserved 2 rooms and wants me to pay for the second. When I refused and about to leave saying screw it Ill go to motel 6 he found the other payment. I assure you I shall be checking my credit cards!”

“I would never stay at this hotel again. It is in a very loud area. Woke up all night. Nothing worked. There was even a pole in our bed to make it seem more firm.”
