• Modern, very clean big rooms and yummy huge breakfast.
• Nothing.

“Exceeded my expectations. Right by freeway but hardly heard the traffic. Loved the kitchenette. Pool was very clean and pretty.”

• The place was Clean, bed was Great, for the money this place was the best.

“This place was Great, Clean, very nice room, couch made into pull out bed, beside a real nice soft firm big bed, nice size TV, fireplace, Kitchen, frig, stove, microwave,dishwasher all the things you need, in there close was a ironing board and iron. Place was good and I would return for I had no PROBLEMS.”

“This hotel offered a great rate. It was clean, comfortable and offered a full complimentary breakfast. The suite was large, quiet, and had a full kitchen. Service was excellent - this was a great place to stay.”

• Everything was so neat and clean. The room was very clean and the breakfast lobby was clean as well.
• There were some young kids using the pool that did not appear to be hotel guests and they were being really rude.

“This hotel was wonderful. The room was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel anytime I am in Phoenix.”

• Sketchy neighborhood.

“A good place to stay while traveling through Phoenix. Was a nice place, but probably not one I'd stay at for an extended period on vacation because of the location (sketchy neighborhood, right on the interstate).”

• The hotel staff were very professional and accommodating. The hotel was clean. There was no problem finding the hotel.
• It was a chore figuring out how to get to the hotel, as the entrance was on a one-way frontage road.

• Close to anywhere in the city, that makes it easy.
• The area seamed a little scary at first.

“The hotel was very attractive at first glance. Office was very clean and well lid with friendly well groomed staff on duty. Parking lot was well lid and very clean. All grounds were well lid and very attractive.”
