• Hospitality and professionalism of staff.
• Allowed pets and pet owners did not adhere to hotel rules for cleaning up behind pets, even though adequate waste disposal receptacles were available.

• Price.
• Noise.

“4 feets outside my room door and window is a ice machine, you can imagine the noise and my sleep quality. I was continuously waked up at night and early morning by noise of people loading ice and chatting around ice machine. If a hotel put a ice machine right outside guest room window, I believe they do not care about their guest's sleep quality. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Pleased with at how clean and well maintained the room was, in addition to the ease of check in/out.
• No ice machine near the room.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The people were helpful and friendly.”

• The facility was worth far more than the price.
• There are no smoking receptacles on the grounds.

• Hotel staff was helpful & friendly.
• It had a motel feel.

“This is a no frills hotel. The breakfast buffet was adequate however the dining area was small.”

• Location and price. Beyond that not much.
• Small room window, dated, depressing, no restaurant, spa too hot and falling apart and room odor was horrible.

“Room on back side with view of parking lot. The odor in the room was so bad I had trouble sleeping. I mentioned the location when we checked in and was told it was nice and also very quiet so saw no reason to ruin my stay by complaining to no avail. Spa was well over 100 degrees with tile and grout laying in the bottom. Very sharp on the feet and not very eye pleasing falling apart. We will not stay at this location again or recommend it to others but will probably use in the future.”

• Nice clean quite rooms!
• Did not have clean towels at swimming pool all weekend.

• The younger children enjoyed the kiddy's pool.
• Location in north phx. Freeway traffic.

“The hotel was very nice, roomy and we enjoyed the pool. The design was interesting because we had to walk around the building from back to front to our room and we used the stairs.”

“La Quinta is a fine little hotel that is perfect if you are just looking for a clean, comfortable place to lay your head. Conveniently located right off the freeway, it includes a tennis court, pool, and kiddy's pool, Jacuzzi and fitness center to meet your basic needs. It also includes a nice continental breakfast also. What more could ask for, short of a mint on the pillow?”
