• This hotel had a very friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were very clean, as was the whole hotel.
• No microwaves available, either in room or down in the common area.

“Great hotel and I would stay again. It was very clean and friendly staff, always anxious to help.”

• It was very convenient to my destination. It accommodated three adults very well.
• It was too close to the expressway, and there was too much road noise.

• The decor was modern, upscale and relaxing.
• Would like to see hard boiled eggs or protein at breakfast bar.

“Convenient yet off the main busy road, this hotel has attractive decor, comfortable beds and an inviting lobby and breakfast area, complete with a Starbucks coffee bar.”

• The room was very comfortable with a good amount of space.
• There is no microwave in the kitchen area or anywhere in the hotel - ice only on 3rd floor is inconvenient.

“It was pleasant hotel - the sitting area was very nice with TV swivel to both areas - free internet was very helpful- staff was very friendly and helpful - if you need a place to stay it is nice but not fancy.”

• Large plasma TV and very comfortable bed.
• Pool area very small, food overpriced and comp. breakfast not very good.

• Nice TV and sectional couch, good continental breakfast.
• The room decor, although new, was quite "70's".

“My wife and I had a good stay at this hotel. The rooms are big and have a nice sectional sofa for hanging out. The bed was nice and comfortable with high quality linens. The room had a 42 HDTV in the room, but some of the channels did always work. The continental breakfast was good, with fresh fruit and high quality plates and silverware (no paper or plastic stuff).”

• The room was very nice and very comfortable also very clean.

“I was impressed with the hotel and the stay but the checking out system made me very upset after I found out I was charged again. Over-all I really enjoyed my stay.”

“Very nice, renovated hotel. The room was modern and very comfortable, super bed and great flat-screen TV. The breakfasts were nice and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay, and would stay there again!”

• I liked the HDTV in the room.
• The food in the hotel left something to be desired.

“Overall the hotel was very pleasant. The hotel sits right beside highway 17 so there is constant road noise.”

• The decor was beautiful, I felt like I was in a upscale hotel.
• I stayed two days, day two less attention to cleaning detail.

“I was impressed by the decor most. I went last minute as a Valentine's surprise for my boyfriend. I loved the room so much I felt comfortable enough to take a mid day nap, like I do at home. I even caught myself saying "when I get home" when I was referring to going back to the hotel. He loved the large TV. It was Grammy night and we enjoyed Lounging on the bed watching. The day before we were on the couch. The TV adjusted and we felt comfortable on both. The breakfast was nice and the geometric and metro style continued with the dish ware. I really got my money's worth!”

• Attractive from the outside.
• Room was old. TV not working.

“Redoing the lot. Had to park out back. Room was old (former Ameri-suites hotel) bath tub needed work. Room entrance doors old. LCD TV did not work in the room we were in. Called lobby. Said they would have that repaired by next day. Got back to the hotel later in the evening the next day. TV not working. Finally was able to switch rooms. Other then that. Life was good.”

• Location & quietness.
• Parking.

“Unfortunately, they were resurfacing the parking lot so parking was an issue. However, I am traveling to Phoenix for the next two months for school and this hotel was very quiet, which allowed me to study. Quietness is very important to me when staying at a hotel. I could not hear others TV's or showers. This hotel was the best that I have stayed in ever.”

• Very appealing, clean, courteous staff, accommodating.
• Freeway noise from i-17.

“I was very pleased with the price and the quality of this hotel. The staff was always friendly and courteous. They went above and beyond during the holiday season, especially Christmas day. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. The only thing I would request though is a room that does not face the freeway due to the noise. Overall, it was a very good experience.”

• The size of room, safety features in bath, decor.
• No night light & no outlet to plug mine in that wasn't to close to bed & then to bright,

“Everything was really great. The decor was current. It was very quiet even though there were a lot of kids there for a baseball tournament. Wish we could have stayed longer. We hope we can get a great rate on this hotel next time we need to stay in phoenix.”
