“Overall, stayed here once prior when newly renovated, much nicer (staff & property). Advised disabled upon early check-in requiring 1st floor, manager advised only one room open, 2nd floor, in middle of bldg, & occupied full. Nothing done for complaints, especially break-in, lack of security cameras.”

“The keys on the door only worked about half the time, I was moved to another room and had the same problem in the middle of the night. I wasn't able to get in my room and was treated badly by the front desk personal, lime she was being bothered by trying to help me get into my room.”

“I was pleased with the outside appearance and location of the hotel. Then upon entering the room we found that the carpets were filthy (turned socks black) the bathtub had hair from the previous guest still in it. The employee at the front desk was less than enthusiastic. Also, the bed was about as soft as my carpeted floor at home.”

“I was very disappointed in the hotel. The staff was not helpful and not that friendly. The pool was not heated and had not been fixed in over a week. The bed was very hard and poor quality. Could hear highway traffic even though I stayed in the back part of the hotel. The only good thing was the location with restaurants and easy access to highway. Would never want to stay there again!”

“The hotel staff offer you the worst room, and no option to change, even if you ask for a non-smoking room, they say we are sold out, and your reservation doesn't guarantee that, This all you get, If you want another room you must pay extra.”

“I dont' expect a 2* to have great amenities or to be particularly comfortable, but the room in this hotel was dingy and dirty. The stench of cigarettes was overwhelming; the desk clerk said there were no other rooms available, but we didn't see a non-smoking sign on any rooms on the property.”

“This hotel meets the need if your just looking for a place to sleep. Not much in the way of food selection with-in walking distance. I will stay here again because I bring a car, and now am becoming familiar with the area.”

“My bed sheets had hair on them & were dirty, under the sheets were crumbs and garbage with stains on sides. I asked for another room and was lied to the front desk told me they were sold out and I had to wait until next day. I called the 800 number they had plenty of rooms I finally had them call the manager & changed my room unfortunately the new room was not much better. The manager gave me an "upgrade" (clean room) the next morning after I asked to speak with her.”

“Carpet filthy, complained 3x to front desk about loud drunken neighbors out on the balcony, nothing was done. Finaly at 4:00am I could not take it anymore and called the police. The front desk personal was useless in solving matter, the were called @ 1:30am, 2:30am and 3:30am each time they promised to take care of the situation.”

“I would stay again, but this extended stay is not up to standard. Young woman on front desk not helpful at all. Great hairstyle though. Good location and variety of local franchise restaurants nearby. Metro Center is a very dangerous mall for shopping. Gang members mall and has not gotten better over the years. It would have been nice to offer a small continental breakfast and cup of coffee. I do not think they should charge a dollar for room bag of coffee just my opinion. Bed was ready for mattress replacement and spread was shabby.”

“Beds were hard. Nail File was in the corner of the room from the previous guest. Front desk was not originally aware that all rooms had sleeper sofas. Almost went elsewhere because of this, since I had my family with me. However, once I arrived, they informed that the rooms would accommodate my family. I asked for a refresh service for the room, and never received it. Probably was nice hotel when first opened, but could use some attention in the rooms and also in service.”

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, you had to go to the office for shampoo, no made service unless u pay for it, had to go to office to trade towels, no ashtrays in the smoking rooms, no water pressure, the volume didn't work on TV, it was a different remote for the TV, the dishwasher not working, the staff didnt' know the area it took me 2 1/2 hours to find hotel and we had great directions, when we called the hotel they didn't know where the biggest mall in phoenix was and it was across the street. They said they had a big sign we cant miss it. Well I can tell you there were 2 big trees in the way of that so called big sign.”

“There was no coffee available for the coffeemaker in the room, the bedside lamp did not work, there were hookers walking around on the property, and there was no internet hookup unless I wanted to pay extra for it. When I called the office (twice), I was met with an attitude of indifference on their part. I would only stay here as a last resort on my next visit. Not the Extended Stay experience as in other hotels or the last time I visited Phoenix.”

“As a business traveler in a hurry, I did not get to spend much time at this hotel. The staff was GREAT. She was able to give me turn by turn directions. I called back when I was closer and let her know what a tremendous hurry I was in. She had everything out and ready to go, I spent less than 5 minutes checking in.”

“Never again! Room was filthy. Holes in walls blankets, and chairs! Wall sockets gone or not usable. Toilet ran entire stay. Sink wouldn't drain!”
