• Location, which can be matched easily!
• Bad service, ugly rooms and ignorant staff.

“One of my worst hotel experiences by far! My family and I had waited at the front desk for over 20 minutes, and was in the front door way just looking around very frustrated after having to deal with the all day long trip to get there. The room was not in very good shape, my towels and bed sheets had stains on them and the floor was disgusting, trash still in the trash cans and a used bar of soap to top it all off.”

• Clean comfortable room, close to freeway.
• Wall patch not painted well.

“The hotel was a great value, clean and quiet. I would stay there again. Great self breakfast bar, well stocked; waffle maker, fresh fruit, baked goods and lots of coffee.”

• Cleanliness and quietness and convenience.
• Only the price-sometimes it is high-but I always feel comfortable and know that if something is wrong, it will be remedied.

“I am always pleased with the desk personnel. I never feel like I am a bother to them, or interrupting something they are doing. They grant whatever my request is for the type of room, etc., the rooms are really nice, everything always works, and a everything is clean !”
