• It was clean and most employees were friendly.
• Condition of the hotel was poor, needs fixing.

“The hotel was out dated and in need of repair. But the staff was friendly and helpful. It was keep cleaned which made the stay there bearable.”

• The front desk staff were friendly when checked in.
• The hotel was being remodeled and it seemed like they stuck us in a room that was not remodeled and it was not pleasant.

“When I arrived the front desk staff was very friendly. However the hotel was being remodeled and it seemed like they stuck us in an un-remodeled room because we paid what we did. It seemed dirty, the lighting was poor and the beds were really uncomfortable. I would not choose to stay there again! Good thing we only slept there.”

• Included refrigerator, micro, and full breakfast.

“The hotel saved a wheelchair accessible room for us until our late arrival very roomy and accessible. The room had a separate sitting room, mini refrigerator and microwave plus offered a complimentary full breakfast. Excellent so far.”

• The lobby was nice.
• The computers were down when we arrived and the pool looked like it needed attention.

“When we arrived, after a 5+ hour trip and a cranky 2 year old, the hotel computers were down and we were told despite having reservations we would have to wait (it turned out to be over 1 hr) for them to reboot so they could issue a key. When we returned, they still could not make a key so they let us into our room with their master. We were very tired and upset that there were no provisions for this type of problem/situation. The woman we first spoke with was not sympathetic at all.”

• The restaurant, breakfast buffet.
• Bed was a bit hard however, rooms were being remodeled, and we were in the old section.

“It was nice and the staff was terrific. Very good directions and good recommendations for dining nearby. It was very easy to find from the airport.”

• Considering its location near a freeway it was not noisy.
• Pillows left a lot to be desired. Extremely hard!
