• Staff was very friendly, Rooms were comfortable.
• Continental breakfast needs more stuff (oatmeal or eggs). You can only use the stairwell in case of emergency.

• The bed was very comfortable.
• We chose this hotel (chain) for thier breakfast. then breakest was a major let down.

“we really liked the soap they provided. the intrance door into the room did not go to the floor, there was a large gap at the bottom witch let in a ridiculous amount of light in from the hall.”

• I liked the atmosphere in the lobby.
• I think the room could've been better.

• The bed was really comfortable.
• The pool is not heated.

• Good location. Close to freeway.
• We ended up in a smoking room.

“This is a nice hotel in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. We ended up in a smoking room that smelled like it was used for a poker tournament the night before. The staff would not move us to another room, but claimed to have a magical air purifier that would solve the issue in 45 minutes. We left for dinner and returned to the same smell. The staff said they couldn't find the air purifier.”

“The room not been cleaned - sheets were dirty, there was a used shaver in the bathroom, it was disgusting! But, the front desk staff promptly gave another room. Other than the really bad first impression, it was okay. Location was not too bad - close to freeways, downtown, sites of interest.”

• The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.
• There was only one elevator that both hotel guests and hotel workers used. Made it very slow in the morning to get to the lobby.

“The room was clean and nicely decorated and the bed and sheets were very comfortable. I slept like a baby. The room was quiet. I only heard other guest when they were right outside my door talking loudly. The staff were very friendly. My only complaint was that there was only one elevator that both hotel guests and hotel workers used. Made it slow getting to the lobby in the late morning.”

• Had Wi-Fi in room.
• Staff was rude.

“The location of the hotel was in a rough part of town. Didn't feel very safe. The pool had lots of dead bugs, hot tub was cold. I called ahead to make sure we could have bedding for the pull out bed for the kids. They told us no problem and then at 8 when we went to use the bed there was no bedding and the bed was broken. We called the front desk and said that she was the only staff member and she would have to wait until 9:30 pm before she could bring us bedding.”

• Very friendly staff.
• Hotel smelled musty, the pool was too warm and sauna was not constructed properly, too cold, no jets.

“I would not stay here again. The star rating threw me off. Bad neighborhood, though lots of other hotels around because of easy freeway access. No access to hotel from rear parking lot, kind of scary.”

• Location was convenient. Nice pool and Jacuzzi, but I did not use it.
• Mold on shower curtain. Odd smell as if something was not clean. Refrigerator froze my leftover dinner so I could not eat it.

• Close of Luke Air Force Base.
• Location of the pool.

“Room was cool and clean. Curtains closed funny & not all the way. There was an iron spot on the carpet next to the window, that looked like the iron had been dropped and it melted the carpet. Desk clerk that checked us in was wonderful & had a great sense of humor. Several breakfast meal trays were still in the hallways & it was after 3 pm.”
