“The place was horrible. Very unacceptable company practice on your part. I will not use your service again!”

“The room had crackers behind the bed and night table. We had trouble getting wash cloths. The mattresses had plastic on them which causes sweating while trying to sleep. The mattress sides looked like they had been in a war zone. There were cigarette burns on the sinks and tub. The carpet was worn. The door locks were almost torn off the door. When we complained, the person at the desk said there was nothing he could do because it was a pre-paid room. We honestly think we should get a refund-at least partially. This hotel is in a very "seedy" part of town. The police were arresting hookers and others around the hotel.”

“Everything was broken, including my spirit after we stayed there. The clerks had given me a smoking room, I have asthma and requested a non smoking room. Then they put us in an upstairs room and I am handicapped. The TV didn't work and when told about it the clerk said there was nothing he could do. The folks right below us checked out the next day and were supposed to stay for three days. The breakfast room was filthy and when I mentioned it to the desk clerk (who was reading a personal book at the time and didn't want to be bothered) he said the maids hadn't come in yet. Maids aren't supposed to clean the breakfast room, the clerk is supposed to keep up with it in his free time which he seemed to have plenty of. The only person who seemed somewhat knowledgeable was a person named 'Ash' the rest were USELESS and the room was very unacceptable. Nothing worked, the pool was filthy and loaded with foliage debris, the waste cans outside were overflowing when we arrived and worse when we left three full days later. The vending machines gave out the wrong items or they didn't work at all. The hotels that do 'grab' you up are inferior if the one in Phoenix Glendale (Days Inn) is an example.”

“No help with non-smoking needs. Staff was condescending. Dirty pool. Stained walls. Dirty breakfast area. Undesirable side of town. Flat pillows.”
