  • I like the hotel location.
  • Staff / just fire or warn those offensive attendants.

“I was traveling from Los Angeles when I made the mistake to stop by Red Roof West, and this is not the first time that this same attendant who is a young lady brown skin and like 5 ' 7 inches tall that treated me very rude but this last time I left the hotel without renting because she made me feel upset so that my wife and three children went out to rent Super 8 hotel across the freeway I- 10. I wonder how the management let this kind of personnel provide this poor service, I just do not believe it! I really do not know if I can come back to red roof west. The situation described above it happened the night of December 27 the, 2007 between 10:00 to 11:00 PM.”
