• Friendly staff and knowledgeable.
• Hotel was a bit dated.

“Great location. Stayed there while I was settling my Dad's estate. He lived in Sun City. It was a sad trip but the friendly and helpful staff directed me right over to The UPS Store right across the street near Kohl's where I spent most of my time shipping all of my Dad's stuff. They freighted most of it. All in all, my stay in Glendale was short but I think the hotel was goof.”

• Has gone down hill since it changed management.

“Less than one of the legs at the foot of our bed was a 2x4 block of wood and under the other leg was a phone book. We will not stay here again and have already begun looking for another place to stay our next trip to AZ.”

• Bath room was filthy. The furnishings we're dirty. Not worth the money.

“The Hotel was very disappointing. The bath room was very dirty. The grout lines in the shower we're lined with dirt. I've stayed at better hotels at half the price. Will not book another room again. Mike Romero.”

• The bathroom was too small.

• Breakfast bag delivered to door in the am.
• Room was small.

“We have stayed at higher quality hotels for half the price you charged us. Plastic drinking glasses, paper cups for coffee, lots of "hall" noise, no room to move around, very small pool, spa was broken, very overpriced for the quality.”
