“Needs more benches/tables/chairs for eating esp. for breakfast. Chairs in the rooms are dirty. Needs new up-holster.”

“This place is great for its price. The place has great food and is an hour commute from Grand Canyon. If you dont mind the drive, its awesome.”

“The hotel was conveniently at a walking distance from everything. The service was excellent. Our room was clean and welcoming. Overall I had a great experience. One thing I did not like was that the bottles of water were for sale. They should be complimentary to the guest.”

“I booked the room for my family a week ahead and requested late check-in. Given room, had bathroom that had broken shower, sticky door that could not be open, and the shower doors dangling and ready to fall on you. The room had the A.C. unit hidden in a 1x5 closet, which is 1' wide and 5' deep. To reach the A.C. you had to walk side ways in to the narrow space under the hangers Horrible! Above all this if you dare to complain that the room is bad, the front desk called the cops to vacate you the cops also say that in AZ when the owner of the building wants you out you got to be out! I can't believe that AZ is one of the 50 statuses of the USA which blatantly violates the civil rights! One more thing! If you are a visitor to Grand Canyon and would like to stay for a night in Williams, AZ choose really a 3 or more star rated hotel and make sure that the hotel participates in BBB and has no outstanding issues. No, I mean it, no single hotel in Williams on the E Route 66 is better than a century old barn. Customers beware! The price is cheaper. If you have the patience/stamina/willingness to drive couple of more hours better drive to Flag staff / Phoenix or Las Vegas so that you get more choices of professionally maintained hotel at a better price.”
