• Free breakfast.
• It was loud. Walls are thin and the train is so close.

“For the price it was pretty much what I expected. It was noisy with the train and the pool being right under my room, but with the included breakfast and the free internet access and printing I thought it was good.”

• Clean, comfortable.
• Internet access.

“Most hotels that have free internet access for customers offer it through WiFi. This hotel offered it through wireless cards you had to ask the staff for. This does not help me because I use an ibook G4 (an Apple) that does not have a slot for a wireless card slot. So I had to wait until the next day to go to a coffee shop and pay for Internet access to pay my cell phone bill. This Internet access experience is the reason I will not book a Quality Inn hotel again unless I am desperate and it is only hotel with vacancy.”

• New beds, nice pool, nice breakfast room.
• Room was next to the ice-machine and gate to parking area, train are very noisy.

“It would have been alright if we had not been given the room we had. Lots of children around ice-machine and vending machines and a very loud gate that you could hear inside the room every time somebody came or went and since the pool was right next to room, this was often.”

• Convenient to main roads, inexpensive.
• Had problems with the wireless internet service.

“Nice place, friendly staff, convenient to Downtown and main roads. Nice pool and continental breakfast.”

• Absolutely NOTHING.
• It was FILTHY, tiny, and in an unsafe area.

“This was the crappiest hotel I have ever stepped foot in. We did not stay. I would not have let my dog stay there. The carpet was beyond filthy, the room smelled and the walls were dirty. I booked a king room and was under the impression that a couch/bed was in the room, and it was non-smoking. No, I had to pay extra for a rollaway, and the room/entire place reeked of smoke. We left and found other accommodations. I will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn again.”

• Continental breakfast was plentiful and satisfying.
• Right by railroad tracks, quite noisy.

“There are only two reasons I stayed at this motel for the entire stay I booked. 1. The penalty for canceling the reservation. 2. I spent very little time at the motel - mostly only to sleep - so I figured I could handle it that long. I didn't see any other rooms, but my room was right by the outside entrance and being a female traveling solo, I didn't feel very safe. One night, I got back very late and could not find a parking space. The neighborhood was a bit rough, so walking in the dark to my room was not a pleasant experience.”

• They did not have our reservation on file even though we had our reservation number.

“They had shown that our reservation was cancelled 4 times in their system.”
