• Nice location.
• Rooms look clean but I didn't like the bed.

“Location is really good it's right off the highway, close to grand canyon. But beddings look old. Management is good, whenever you need something, you just have to call the front desk and they'll give it to you right away.”

• They offered a nice breakfast.
• There was mold on the shower curtain, that was to short which allowed water to get all over the floor.

“The room had a nice appearance, but surprised that a member of the Marriott chain would have so much mold in the bathroom.”

• It was clean, modern, and comfortable.
• There was a lot of ice on the sidewalks--a bit dangerous.

• Convenient location and.
• Check-in time is 3pm ! No drinking water in room. Infrastructure is really poor.

“Stay away from ties hotel unless you are looking for a really low budget hotel. Can you believe that the check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time 12 noon? There is no drinking water in the room. To drink water. You have to walk all the way to the lobby. The TV did not have a remote. The told us to go and pick up one from the reception ! The worst part is the breakfast in the morning. They have one single toaster and a waffle machine and hundreds of guest pour over those two. You have to stand in line for a good 45 minutes to get your breakfast ! That is ridiculous. Hotel staff is friendly but inefficient.”

“Ask rather for a room at the 2nd floor than at the first floor if you want to sleep. The rooms near the highway are quite noisy. Prefer the rooms in the back. The staff was helpful and friendly. No special charm.”

• Nice and clean. The facility is quite new and location is good. Good breakfast.
• We can hear people live next to or above us really clearly. Can be noisy sometimes.

“I like this hotel a lot. The room is stylish, clean and cozy, and the bed is very comfortable. I am surprised by they provide down pillows and Thomason furniture. The continental breakfast they provide every morning was really satisfying, too. The only drawback is they did not do very good job at noise control of the room. We had been weak up by children's laughter from next room about 4:00am one morning and could not get back to sleep b/c of the noise, which was frustrated. Location wise, it is right next to hwy 40. Although it still takes about 50 min. drives to grand canyon, it is a good place to stay if you happen to be around Williams and would like to take a look around this little town on route 66.”

“Nice newer hotel in a close-in section of town. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. Restaurants are a short distance away. If this hotel has a negative, it would have to be its proximity to the freeway. At night, the traffic noise was extreme.”

“It's a good place to stay for a vacationer. William is a very small town and not many dining places to choice from. Otherwise, the hotel would be more attractive.”

• The rooms were clean and the breakfast good.
• We got in late and the desk staff was not real friendly.

“The hotel was clean and in a good location right of the interstate. The hotel desk staff when we arrived late wasn't very welcoming. Didn't smile and almost. We couldn't get on-line and the staff said it was working. Others the next day said that they couldn't get on-line either. The breakfast was good and that helped. We did get on-line in the morning.”

• The staff friendliness. The lady checking us in helped us find an excellent restaurant.
• The breakfast area was extremely busy. (?)

“The people at the hotel were very helpful pointing us in the right direction for food and other things. We were extremely satisfied with our room and would love to go back to Williams, AZ some day!”

• Prices posted in room were less then what I paid, breakfast was bad.
