• Close to a restaurant. Good breakfast.
• Requested non-smoker. Tried 2 rooms & both smelt of smoke.

“All was well except for the smoke smell in non-smoking rooms. Had to use air freshener as the lady at the front desk said all rooms smell of smoke due to other smoking rooms across the hall. Cannot believe this.”

• Nice western theme in lobby--friendly workers.
• The rear entrance doors didn't require a key/card to gain access--lots of warning signs in parking lot.

“Days Inn was okay--cable in room. Room was clean with AC unit. No fridge/microwave or ironing boards in room. Breakfast was okay--donuts/bagels, toast & cereal/oatmeal. Location is about 2-3 miles from Downtown Williams. Denny's is right next door. Service at Denny's was lousy--ended up leaving because no one would wait on me. Front desk was very helpful and pleasant.”

• The location is little bit far from grand canyon.

“The hotel is little bit far (40miles) from grand canyon which caused some inconvenience to us travel back and forth. Staffs are friendly and helpful.”

• Breakfast was a nice surprise, just standard light fare but worked great for us!
• Needs some updating.

“This is the old style hotel/motel and is right off RT 66, great location for a grand canyon visit.”

• Stupid staff, broken facilities.

“We had trouble from the beginning. Keys did not work, room was trashed, lights didn't work, headboard off wall, awful breakfast.”

• Everything was ready when we arriving to check in.
• The does not told us anything about the free breakfast and the other facilities of the hotel.

“The cleanness of the room was excellent. The room was comfortable and big (we use suite) we were visiting grand canyon national park and it is located at 40 min. They have laundry and dryer coins, and free breakfast until 9:30are and free coffee all the time.”

• I did request an additional pillow & received it promptly.
• I requested a non-smoking room & received a smoking room. There was no clock in the room.

• Very nice indoor pool, very close to train depot.
• Twice had to call out for service at the front desk, employee in back for too long.

“I reserved 2 rooms, one for my family, and one for the in laws. Both rooms were clean and had coffee makers, in laws had a fridge and microwave in their room. Continental breakfast was as expected; toast, English muffins, two cereals, donuts, muffins, coffee. But there is a Denny¿s right next to the hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub were very clean and nice. The hotel is only a five minute drive from the grand canyon railway train depot.”

• Indoor pool.
• Non-smoking rooms were smoky.

“We had a non smoking room in a non smoking hall. However, other guests were obviously smoking in that hall as the hall was smoky smelling and could actually see smoke in hall. Reported to front desk, nothing done to resolve the issue. Wireless internet not working, desk didn't offer us another room with wireless.”

• Comfortable, clean room, with restaurant nearby.
• Loud people in the pool. Not the hotel's fault, though.

“The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient to the freeway. The lobby was nicely appointed, and the hotel offered a discount at the Denny's next door. The breakfast room was also nice.”

• The staff was very helpful when a rowdy group of teenagers were running around. they really tried to get them under control in a nice way.
• Our breakfast came with the night stay, so you can't really complain, but it did not have anyone attending the area and items were scarce.

“This hotel is in a great location for going to the Grand Canyon. It is best suited for families, not for quiet get-away trips. The pool and hot tub are inside. The staff is very friendly. There is a Denny's right next door if the skimpy free breakfast choices don't suit you.”

• Noise in corridors early in the morning. Slamming doors etc.
