• The room had a microwave, stove, dishes and refrigerator which made meals inexpensive which are important to me.
• The location of the smoking rooms, all were on the third floor.

“This is the first time I have stayed with this chain. I would stay there again if they have any places in cities where my assignments take me.”

• The common areas reeked with a powerful smoke smell.

• It was quiet and very clean. Also great reception kindness and help.
• Not really a dislike, but it would be nice to have a small, cozy place to gather with friends.

“We enjoyed virtually everything about what was offered. We appreciated being so close to shopping and dining. I'll stay there again you can be sure.”

• Conveniently located for the purpose of my trip.
• 3rd floor room with an infant.

“Room was okay for our purpose. The only problems were that we were put on the 3rd floor with an infant (and all the things you have to have to travel with an infant) and we had a hard time getting the room key to work.”

• I felt at ease at the hotel I haven't been away from my kids for 24 years and I needed a get away.
• I like everything so I can tell you anything I didn't like.

• Liked refrigerator and microwave.
• Beds too old and hard, room was not clean, staff did not speak English, there was either shampoo or coffee in room, there where hair in bathtub.

“I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed 3 days and could not get service; it is conveniently located on bell road, close to food, shopping and the sports complex, hallways and especially the laundry room. Too hot, no swimming pool and that in Arizona in 115 f heat.”

• I will not stay here ever again.
• Front desk staff rude.

“The keys given to us for our room were not programmed. After 2 trips back to front desk, the desk clerk did something in the computer and went up to our room and amazingly the door opened right up for her. She was very rude and was obviously unconvinced by us. Couldn't even wait to make sure if we tried the key again it would work. We will never stay here, no matter how cheap it is. This is the second ESA that we have stayed in and both have been quite disappointing. They don't even have hair dryers or soap. Two strikes and they are out!”

• Great location, nice to have the kitchenette.
• The room they gave me was a smoking room.

“If you are looking for a no frills place to stay that is clean, safe, and not to mention very close to dining, entertainment, and spring training baseball. This is worth a look!”

• Extended stays are not real hotels, thus a rating over 1 is flawed.

“Conveniently located, clean and if you are traveling alone, for a low price, it is a reasonable alternative. I have stayed at this particular establishment several times, thus my expectations are met”

• Great room accommodations, kitchen and easy chair were very nice.
• Could have been more helpful on the phone for special requests such as double beds, smoking.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to save money on eating out and using the kitchen amenities. Great for business travels with extended stay.”
