• The room was clean, breakfast was very good.
• We called down for wash cloths but had to go outside, down the stairs and to the office to get them.

• Internet down/construction trucks 3-5 a.m.

• The room was large and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent.
• Not in a very appealing place.

• The hotel was with in walking distance to the mall movies and many good places to eat. I traveled alone and felt very safe.
• Nothing except maybe that it didn't have dining or bar it's self.

“The hotel was clean quite and safe. I traveled alone just to get away from stress and I had a very relaxing week end. I'll use this hotel again and I will and have recommended it to friends.”

• Very comfortable bed.
• Was given handicapped room, parking limited.

“We were there for NASCAR weekend as was everybody else. With a special event, they should modify check out times. Everybody felt like we had to leave to head to the track, but 2pm would be a better time to have to head out. All and all we were satisfied with our room.”

• Location to dining and shopping & it was clean.

“This hotel was HORRIBLE! The first room they gave us was filthy and obviously not cleaned. When I went to the lobby to complain, I was told that they had a master key floating around and "once in awhile" they find that the rooms have been used. This gave me no confidence but was told that as long as we deadbolted the door at night, no one could get in...Once in the new room, we noticed that it had been "cleaned," however, there were empty soda cans and gatorade bottles (among other things) under the bed and the sheets smelled like dirty laundry.”

“I asked for 2 queen beds and non-smoking. I confirmed 2 queen beds and non-smoking with the manager that same morning. When I got there it was a queen bed and a sofa. Then the girl at the desk thought it was an inconvenience that I asked for the room that I confirmed the month before and the same day. Needless to say it was taken care of and the rest of the stay went without a hitch.”
