• Extremely comfortable beds very important! Spacious room.

“Highly recommend this hotel is fit all our needs. Large bathroom with a fan, sitting area to visit guests in, comfortable beds & bedding. Room came fully equipped with Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk/work area & 6 down filled pillows. We did not have to ask for a thing which we usually do. We are very specific taste & this hotel met all or needs.”

• Clean, new, room was large and comfy, great location, good breakfast and good staff.
• Slow elevator.

“Excellent for the level of hotel, I enjoyed the free breakfast and wireless internet, 2 TV's in the room, very quiet, very comfortable bed and pillows. Would highly recommend this hotel.”

• The room was a little cramped.

“Rooms a little small but had everything I needed. I would stay there again because the location suits means nothing really bad about the hotel and it was located near shopping and restaurants.”

• The suite set up.

“Great room, high ceilings, liked the "kitchen" and two TVs in case of differences of opinion. Very quiet hotel.”

• Very comfy and clean.
• No secured smoking area. I was cat-called while smoking outside. Felt I looked like a streetwalker.

• Morning clerk rude giving directions to local area - treated us with contempt.

“Overall a nice place to stay, very convenient to local attractions. Pool was nice and clean. Amenities were good and staff, with one exception very nice and helpful.”

• Great price for the room. Our family was all together, comfortably.
• No restaurant / bar. Would be nice to sit by pool with cocktail to watch kids play.

“Overall our stay was more than I expected. This was a great value. I was very happy to be able to have my children and husband and I all in the same room (vs. having to get two hotel rooms).”

• Very clean and I like the setup of the room. The bedroom is separated from the rest of the room.
• Nothing.

“I have stayed in this hotel several times and it is always very clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. I stay at the hotel because of the location of shopping and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in north phoenix.”

“The hotel staff is friendly and very competent. The continental breakfast was adequate. The room accommodations were great (microwave, refrigerator, free high speed internet service, use today paper and very comfortable mattress.”

• We enjoyed the proximity to the freeway, family friendly eateries and a mall which had a play area which was great because it was hot outside.
• the refrigerator in our room was not cold enough and the air conditioning unit at its highest could have been a little cooler

“We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our room was great-plenty of room for us (2 adults and 2kids-4&7years old)to spread out. I really had no idea we were going to have a "beds area" and a separate space with a pullout couch chair and desk and a 2nd TV, kids could watch cartoons and my husband could watch the playoffs--what a delighful suprise. We all enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The "continental breakfast" was more like a buffet¿eggs, sausage, fruits, pancakes and waffles, breads, bagels, danish and muffins, juices, coffe. The kids looked forward to the pool and breakfast. The staff we encountered were consistently friendly and helpful. What we also liked was the proximity to the mall, stores and restaurants-many of which we could actually walk to, there was even a trader joes within walking distance if you want to grab a few snacks to keep in the refrigerator for later. This hotel experience exceeded our expectations and I will certainly try again!”

• The staff, the continental breakfast, location for spring training baseball.
• Probably not over-priced, but not a great price.

“Very dependable and good location for personal reasons. The continental breakfast was a plus, as were the in-room appliances like fridge, microwave, etc. Very friendly and responsive staff. ”

• It had a great continental breakfast. Wide choice of rolls, fruit, toast, bagels, juices, coffee, tea, make-yourself waffles & egg sandwiches.
• Sofa bed was below average. Very lumpy with a thin mattress.

“Very nice and recently remodeled. A ten minute drive from Glendale Arena for Phoenix Coyotes games and the soon to be completed new stadium for the NFL Arizona Cardinals.”
