• Staff was very friendly. The channel line up for the TV was better than upscale hotels.
• Could hear people walking in the room above me.

“Hotel was excellent, very clean and spacious. I like the fact that the room included a refrigerator and microwave. Also the channel lineup was not just a few channels like most hotels, but a lot of channels for both my kids to watch and myself. Free Hi-Speed Internet was great!”

• Great free amenities:breakfast, internet, bottled water etc.
• Rooms were clean, but a little dated looking.

“Overall the hotel is great for the price. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Staff is competent and friendly. The breakfast was really good compared to most continentals breakfasts. The free internet was handy. It looked like the hotel had recent remodeling, but is not a luxury hotel. I would stay there again.”

• Was in a room next to a laundry room, a bit loud at night.

“Excellent, friendly staff. Room was very clean, parking was great and the hotel grounds well-kept. Price was excellent. I will stay at this hotel on all my trips to Prescott Valley.”

• Clean accommodations, close to main access and attractions.
• Staff as I mentioned were uncooperative and provided no adequate answers to our questions.

• Small bathrooms.

“Overall, hotel was clean and the people were attentive. However, the rooms were on the small side, especially the bath rooms. The location of the hotel was great for the business we had to get done.”

• Good location, room was clean and breakfast area very nice with us today newspaper.
• This time only one queen.

“For the US location, the price was right. Also, room was clean and free breakfast very good. Our only problem was only one bed and it wasn't king.”

• The beds were very good.
• The staff was arrogant and not very helpful in any area.

“Regular rates are over priced. I could not believe how arrogant the staff acted. Perhaps it's because this is a retirement area. But come on this is a Days Inn.”

• Problem with reservation.

“When we arrived at the desk I wanted to confirm that we had two beds non smoking. I agreed because health issues force us to sleep in separate beds. I didn't pay anything when I left, so I don't know what is going on. I do believe I asked for two beds when booking the room. I think you should indicate on the confirmation, the number of beds being purchased. It would keep issues such as this from happening. Otherwise everything was great.”

• Next to auto shop.

“Overall, we liked this hotel and would stay again. Because of the low price, it was pretty full. They put us in the back for quietness, but we could hear the people upstairs walking around once in a while. Because we had the fan on all night, we didn't hear most of the diesels starting up the next morning. Matt was very nice and helpful during our stay. Awesome employee.”

• Extremely friendly and helpful front-desk staff.
• The room smelled like very strong industrial cleaner. A bit overwhelming at times.

“The hotel is predictably reliable for quality in relation to price. You will get a clean room. There are certainly no frills, although I was surprised to find a mini-fridge in our room. Great location for those staying in Prescott - it's a 10 minutes, easy drive into the town. Only downside this time was that our room smelled like a strong industrial cleaner. It was clean, but the odor was a bit strong. Didn't stop us from enjoying our stay overall.”
