• Was convenient to the freeway.
• Horrible customer care.

“My friend was injured at the facility in front of hotel employee. They didn't do any report and were not at all helpful. Barely called 911 when she fell down the stairs because of a nail sticking up on the stairs. Travelers beware! Although inexpensive, I thought a national chain would at least be safe. My weekend was ruined sitting in hospital.”

• high rates in Mar $80.00 same room

“Run down Hotel The up stairs carpet was tore up to trip over and wood with spikes for children to stand on as the carpet was gone completly . Strong dog urine smell in hall way down stairs carpet pad was gone have way down the hall way , tub leaked told the front desk and the room smelled aweful had to tryed to spray it with lysol but didnt do much good. Had the window open but rained most of the day and night . Sorry to say it needs a lot of work I will not pay 40.00s or 80.00s to stay there again . Very close to the freeway and to shopping areas which is a plus.”
