• The clerk was very helpful and rooms were excellent.
• The staff in the breakfast buffet was very rude.

“Everything was excellent except for the waitress in the dining room who was were very rude.”

• friendly staff, clean,comfortable rooms, good little restaurant/pub.

“we were passing through on our way to Yuma. This was a great place to stay for the night. Just a short distance from Sky Harbor Airport and close to hwy 10. It was convenient, clean, and comfortable. I have stayed at Best Western many times before and this one met all of our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel.”

• Mattress on bed very good and new.
• Adjoining room and a little noisy.

“2 star hotel on busy street,not close to any other restaurants other than one located in hotel,which was handy but a lot of fried food, but very comfortable beds/microwave and fridge in room.”

• The staff moved us to a non-smoking room that was clean and functional the following day.
• We were given a smoking room although we'd requested non-smoking. It stank and gave me asthma. The tub was stopped up and disgusting.

“We requested a non smoking room but were given a smoking one and told there were no vacancies to move us to. The room stank and the tub was stopped up, disgusting. The following day the staff were able to move us to a non-smoking room that was clean and functional. They were helpful and friendly. The common spaces were fine, and the exercise room was quite nice.”

• I got to leave.
• Smokey room, internet did not work, water was not hot.

“This is a dirty hotel. The smell when I opened the door just about knocked me over from smoke. I asked to move but they wanted another $100/night to do that. They said they had internet but it worked sporadically. The ice machine did not work, the vending machine did not work, the restaurant did not have regular coffee in the morning, and the water was not hot in the shower.”

• Located close to all variety of shops and restaurants.
• Parking was a little confined there was construction around parking lot.

“Convenient and clean hotel and reasonably priced would stay there again if the need would arise then was very close to family.”

• It was clean and comfortable.
• A noisy late night neighbor. I did not report them though, so do not know what the staff would have done.

• Convenient location.
• Poor security.

“We chose to not stay at this hotel. We went to the room and found that the door to the wing it was located in did not close. The room was on the ground floor and the window to the outside was broken and out of its frame. We did not feel secure. There were two police cars at the entrance to the wing we stayed in resolving an issue. We told the desk we would not stay there and went to a different hotel.”

• The people at the front desk are fantastic! The room was very cozy and comfortable.
• The only thing that I did not like was that is a smoking room (and you could really tell) since I prefer nonsmoking.

“The hotel was clean. The staff was inviting and humorous. The room was extremely cozy and comfortable. I loved the southwest atmosphere! Very nicely decorated.”
